The Arts Council of Lake Oswego was formed to support the arts in Lake Oswego. We promote education and appreciation for all arts by maintaining the City of Lake Oswego's art collection through exhibits, tours, lectures and performance art.

Facilitate the placement and preservation of public art in Lake Oswego.2. Provide access to art exhibits for residents and visitors.3.
