Arvest Bank

I have banked here for years and have never had any problems. The first time I had an issue I took my questions to one of the account specialists. I spoke with her several times in person and over the phone over the course of a single day. That day she was called to the phone to take my call and my sister and a friend were in the bank waiting in line for a teller. They heard her say my name and state that I was driving her crazy with my questions. Very poor form. Since that day she has been borderline rude. However, drive through teller Rhonda Wright is an absolute joy! Her kindness almost makes up for having to deal with another’s sour disposition.

Y'all make big deals changing a check. Asking for 2 forms of ID and then taking 5$ cuz I dont have an account? Lmao that's lame. Dont plan in banking with you guys at all.
