They put Cross Collateralization clauses in their loans. Look that up before you get a loan here. Basically a predatory loan. Got a business loan at this bank and put up the required collateral to secure the loan. Business failed and could not make payments. Instead of just taking the collateral that was listed on the loan they also froze our checking account and took everything from there. This wasn’t the worst part. My wife who was on the loan was on her mom and dad’s checking account because of their age incase they got sick and needed help paying bills. We never put one dollar in this account or took any money out, but since the cross-collateral clause in the loan they froze their account as well wiping out their savings. Not once while I was applying for this loan was I explained what a cross-collateral agreement was. I asked other banks about cross-collateral agreements. They have all said it’s against their policy to do them, it’s considered a predatory loan in the banking industry.
I had my account fixed where I would not overdraft and they changed it leading to $120 in overdraft fees. I had to go change it back to how I originally had it and pay the fees. I feel they should have worked with me more on the fees and I will be switching banks. I would not recommend them.
They've went downhill in the last 6 months. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with their service. I will be switching banks Monday.
Been banking here for years.
Banks are banks, they Care!
