I've been doing business with Arvest bank for about five years now and am always pleased. Most of the banking I do is through the Clarksville, Arkansas branch. They are always a pleasure to deal with. I like how they take the time to get to know the people with whom they do business. For example, Brittney always ask me how my dog is doing and if she would like to make a withdrawal from her doggy biscuit account. It's little touches like that which will have me referring folks to Arvest bank.
My wife and I recently opened accounts at Arvest for ourselves and our children. We all piled into Nelson's office and he was so patient with our children. He was grabbing chairs from his coworkers office like it was no big deal. The process took quite a while due to the number of accounts we opened, and we felt so welcome the whole time. Nelson answered all our questions and we chatted back and forth about family, jobs, moving, buying a home and much more. It was such a pleasant experience and we appreciate Nelson checking in on us to see if we have any questions or if Arvest could help us with any our other financial needs. We are big on family and Nelson definitely made us feel like we belonged and appreciated. Thank you!!
The experience I had in Arvest bank was amazing, when I moved to Arkansas from California I did not know where to begin. I came to Arvest and was helped by Nelson. His experience and knowledge helped me make my adaptation to Arkansas more smoothly. He help me set up my account, online banking and zelle. I made a good decision choosing Arvest Bank.
My elderly grandparents had a check lost in the mail. They had $18 in their account after their mortgage check clears the lost check She called this bank in hopes of stopping the check and is told they can’t waive the $12 fee to stop the check leaving them them $6 in their account. They have banked with Arvest forever. I’ll be searching for bank that helps our older generation on a fixed income. Talk about taking advantage of the elderly. CFPB needs to step it up.
This review is for Heather Appleton, one of the branch managers at Clarksville. I did not realize she was still with Arvest, and I’m so thankful she was. Our branch in Paris, recently switched to Farmers. I had a banking issue, and the Fort Smith branch was absolutely no help. I called Heather, and she was so kind and quick to help me resolve all the issues. I was very upset, on the verge of tears, and she instantly made me feel better. I appreciate the time she took with me, because I’m still waiting on a call back from the Fort Smith branch. She goes above and beyond for people and Arvest is extremely lucky to have someone of her caliber.
This review is for Nelson Sotelo González. Great service every time I’m in the branch. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always goes above and beyond for people. Arvest is lucky to have him.
Poorest customer service I have experienced. The website states to make an appt for services. I did this. was on time for appt. I sat out in the parking lot for 30 mins for Autumn Barto to call me, never received a call, then when I finally got ahold of someone, I was informed I needed to go thru drive thru to close an account. Pulled up to window and then the teller requested I go to the atm drive and wait on them. If you are only offering customers to come into bank for safety deposit boxes, it should be stated in the website. This is what I was toldCustomers do have other appts and other things to tend to. I personally, would be worried about applying for a loan, thru the drive thru, but thats me. Will definitely be looking for another bank to do my business with. Ive been a customer with Arvest ,before it was even Arvest.
Always friendly ! They great people as soon as you walk in ! Brittany is my go to banker if I have any questions : but they are all great and very nice.
Lost my debit card & called to see if maybe I left it in the ATM, was informed that if that was the case the card was shredded. I was starting to get bummed out when the woman who answered, informed me that if I was going to Russellville or Conway they could print me off a new card right then & there . I wish I knew sooner but still glad for the helpful information, I wish I could remember her name!
I was trying to get a payoff on my auto loan and called several numbers and always told 20 minutes wait time. I finally got thru after the 2nd or 3rd 20 minute wait. I was frustrated and regret the score I gave the bank. If there is someway I can adjust it I would love to. Thanks and again sorry Tom Bohm
