It's possible to own your dream home. Whether you are looking to buy your first home, sell your existing home and find a home elsewhere, or your dream is to own multiple homes for investment. All of these cases are exciting and sometimes frightening. My only job is to literally assist you through this whole process.
I don't want to scare you off, but buying a home is most likely the largest purchase you will make and as such shouldn't be taken lightly. However, it is not impossibly hard and millions have done it before you.
So this all begs the question of "Why should I choose you, Blake, to help me with this big (sometimes scary) process?"
To be honest, I am not the perfect fit for everybody, nor do I aim to be that person.

1. I won't be the decision maker in this relationship - My focus is to make clear the options that are available and to make you comfortable with your choice. I don't intend to force you to make decisions that benefit me.
2. I won't leave you alone - Letting you figure things out on your own is not my style. I regularly check in, to make sure you're are fully aware of the situation.
3. I've not been in the game since the early 1900s - It may be obvious, but in case you missed it I am a young man. I'm not tied to doing things the conventional way. (Such as me telling you the three reasons not to use me, instead of selling the 900 reasons that you should use me!) I question the status quo and push for a better way to do things. If you want a guy who has done the same thing for 100 years I am not that guy.
Okay so here comes the sales pitch.
1. I am a man who believes deeply in the dream of owning homes for yourself and investment.
2. I know no better joy than to see someone believe for the first time that owning a home is a reality for them.
3. I'm an experienced businessman who knows how to use the tools of this day -ahem, the internet- to either find you your dream home or find the buyer who's dream is to own your home.
