We have worked with Lisa-Marie Fisher Property Manager at Asbury Parks Apartments providing foundation services. As a foundation company, we operate on a tight schedule and expect Property Managers to organize and plan jobs in a timely manner. Lisa-Marie's attention to detail is among the best in the business, the job ran smoothly and efficiently.
Don't mind what anyone says about this place. If your in need of a house/home don't be picky get what you can get. This place yet far, is good rent is cheap you have 711, a gas station, dollar general, and a bunch of jobs with in walking distance. And if you have a child. There is a school with in walking distance as well. There's also a pool, and laundry room. Which to my knowledge is great. The only problem I have here is that there is no management, and there is only 2 maintenance guys which can't get to all of the units. And as for management if you know someone who is reasonable and understand. But not a push over they can have a job here.
I have lived here for 3 years now. My first 2 years with Lisa were great she made sure everything was taken care of properly and in a timely manner. However the new manager they have only shows up one day a week and does not take care of anything. And corporate does not care either when you call they just tell you to talk to the manager, well she is the problem.
I have been here since 2015 and I love it. The manager is very nice and wants to get to know all her residents. The maintenance man is very good at his job. The upgrades have made the apartments look amazing. Definitely 5 stars. The manager has pool parties, back to school parties, Halloween decoration contest, National night out parties, toy drive contest, food drive contest and even decorates Christmas cookies with the kids. She keeps us updated on I35 construction, and anything that is happening in Temple. Neighbors are very nice and friendly.
Lisa-Marie is an awesome manager! She helps out in any way she can and the maintenance is fast on work orders. I enjoy the quietness and how friendly all of my neighbors are.
The apartment manager Lisa Marie is the rudest, most hateful person I have met probably in my life. Lisa Marie is entirely unprofessional and threatened to call the cops on my eighty year old grandfather as we were unloading the truck. Can new tenants move their belongings into their apartments without being harassed? Is that to much to ask?
Ive been here going on ten years and out of anyplace i have ever lived Lisa and Sydney have taken awesome care of me. They have gone well above my expectations to take care of any issue that has come up with fast and professional service.
Awesome property manager, Lisa Marie. She’s helpful and straight with you. And she handles any problems right away! She deserves an award
This property is probably one of the most pleasant that I have encountered. It's not just a place to live, it's a community. The Property Manager and Staff have made our living here a great experience!
Maintenance man talks about EVERYONE'S personal business that he hears in Lisa's office.. He's rude and very unprofessional..this a low income property and they make sure it looks that way... HORRIBLE Place..If you're going to live there KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!
