I have lived here for 5 years. It is a quiet location. The staff here are great to work with and treat you like family/friend. I love the improvements that are going on in the community. Also, the special events that they have been doing to bring the community together are great. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
I am appalled how everything turned out. Why am I just now finding out that my pay rate isn't high enough? It would've made more sense for me to be informed I wouldn't qualify before paying $65 to complete my application. This is so wrong and unprofessional. I have all of my things packed ready to move, because I was given the impression multiple times that I would get approved. This is ridiculous. I was also ignored by Kristy as I tried to say goodbye after viewing the apartments! Her attitude is ridiculous. HORRIBLE experience! I paid $65 for nothing AND packed for nothing.
I am a Vendor that works with multiple Apartment Communities. Christy and her staff at Hawthorne Crestview are a pleasure to work with. They make our employees feel comfortable and relaxed with each visit we make. Christy and her staff use common sense when decisions need to be made. They inspire us to provide a higher quality of service for the residents and visitors.
Christy, Lenissa and Leila are amazing ! So helpful and super personable.! They make every visit to the office a day of sunshine. I am one of their vendors and I service all the residents that live there and they work SOO well with me and help me take care of everyone ! The property is one of my favorite complexes I take care of. Every resident is super sweet, the Matinence staff IS AMAZING! They are super attentive and quick on anything that needs taken care of . The entire complex is quiet , neighbors are super friendly and it’s soo peaceful to visit.
This was one of the best apartment living experiences I have ever had. The management knew everyone by first-name basis, every interaction was always very kind, professional, and responsive. The maintenance crew would go out of their way to meet the needs of anyone, and the grounds were well kept. An abundance of available parking, neighbors and neighborhood was quiet, and I felt safe living there.
We’ve been a resident at this apartment complex for 3 years and the quality of the staff and grounds are awesome! The lead maintenance manager Cleave never fails to service anything we need immediately. The grounds are kept neat and clean and I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know!
I have lived here for over a year after my house was sold and while I waited to retire. I was amazed at how quiet it’s has been in and around the apartment. Also all the personnel have been very informative and friendly. Working with Scarlet, in the office, was very pleasant. She was very professional and very thorough in all transactions. I would highly recommend renting at Asbury Park.
Been here for several years. Clean and we'll maintained. Just had the AC coil replaced by the office as a maintenance effort, I didn't even have to ask. Living near the pond is a little loud with the geese and ducks, but it's not so much. The staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful. This far I am pleased with my time here. The rent is reasonable and while it does go up yearly, it's not so much that it becomes a problem. All in all, a good place to live.
I absolutely enjoyed my time living at Asbury Parke. The office staff was so kind and helpful and just a delight to chat with. The facilities are always clean, and everyone was so nice. It was a wonderful experience to live there.
They kept holding off on processing my application for some odd reason. They both also need to work on customer service and professionalism.
