Very beautiful apartment complex. Staff is very professional and kind to everyone… My mom said she isn’t ever going to move!!
I have lived here twice. I have lived here for 3 years this time. I love it. I love my neighbors in my building. Ms. Rosalyn is a wonderful apt manager. She keeps this place in great shape. If i need a maintenance man they come quick. We even get to use the club house for free. The only thing i wish was better is our gym and play area. Its really not functional and it's an amenity.
I live in a one-bedroom and bath. I really have no problem here rent is affordable for the Area, awesome management and service. if Something break they will send someone the same day you called.
After living here almost 5 years, I've come to the conclusion that these apartments are by far, the BEST in Warner Robins. It's the same as everywhere else you go live, eat, shop, etc.. if you treat them the office with respect, they'll give it back to you 10 fold! The manager & her 2 staff members are amazingly sweet & always helpful.. Like: The apartments are large for the price you pay and if you ever need repairs, they're quick to fix it. The noise is basically the same at every other apartment... it's what happens when you live in an APARTMENT lol if they're rockin out.. then so are you *shrugs* if you don't like it you can ask them to turn it down. They have a landscaping company that comes out every week, they always notify you when they're going to be doing construction or anything new.. All in all, I'll say that these place is pretty great =
RUN!!!!! Do not live here!!! The property is being ran by idiots!!!! The left hand dosent know what the right hand is doing. They continue to chase after me when I'm doing what is expected of me as a resident. I continue to receive these lovely little notes in my door stating my account has a balance of $12 for charges, when in actuality they received the check from 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE CHECK CLEARED!!! And they also threaten my residency if the "charges" aren't taken care of. This has happened on numerous occasions. To make matters worse I'm in the process of dealing with a leaky roof which this isn't the first time I have had issues with the roof leaking. So they chase me down for chages that don't exist but can't even maintain the upkeep of the property. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
I love everything about this apartment complex. It's peaceful quite and most of clean. I love the staff very pleasant people. I could stay here forever.
They act like even though you pay rent you still live in their house. If you get annoyed easily don’t move here.
Been working here over a year, and absolutely love it. One of the best, if not the best place to work and live. I live here also.
