Ascension Mixed Martial Arts is a way of life. It's a revolutionary style of Martial Arts, that combines years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Grappling, Wrestling, Striking and Capoeira as well as Circuit Training and Conditioning all built on the foundation of family.
All our instructors have been in Martial Arts for a life time. Our goal is to not only pass down years of training to the next generation, but to also build the next generation of leaders through discipline of the mind and body, while building confidence, and teaching respect towards others.
