Worked with Keith. He was great! Very knowledgeable and patient with our needs, showed us anything and told us the different combinations to help make it fit in our house. Showed us all the services and explained all costs. Overall great experience! Even though we had to come back the second day because we weren't ready the first day, Keith ensured we were well taken care of.

Ordered furniture September 3 in person, our sales representative was great. We selected a king bedroom set and originally told 6-8 wks .... They are really hard to get a hold of over the phone, so instead, we just go to the customer service desk regularly, to be to be given new delivery dates every time.... Most recent delivery   date Jan 13th..... given no other options to have this rectified, compensated, nor refunded .....

Really enjoyed this furniture shopping experience. Sales associate, Mary Beth, was great. She was available to ask questions when needed, but not overbearing by following us around. She left us ample time alone to discuss potential furniture sets. The store had many different styles and price points for varying types of furniture. Best selection for bedroom sets we saw after having been in several different furniture stores. Also, this store had the best quality for mid-range sets. Great sale at 35% off for Memorial Day, too.

August was amazing.. I gave her a LIST of criteria for my new couch and she brought me to each one that met that list.   Honestly I was only looking originally but because August listened to what I was looking for,  I was able to find a couch that met what I needed and worked with me to make sure it would fit in my house. Just got the couch delivered today and the guys that came were quick and efficient setting it up. I have already recommended Ashley/ Ashbrook to others. So glad I decided to visit Ashley furniture on a day August was working!

September 12th 2021 we ordered a bedroom set. We were told it was handmade to order and that it would take about 20 weeks. We loved the set so we bought it, even with the long lead time. We checked back in periodically when the 20 weeks came and went and were told that the order was in a queue with the builders but that there were supply chain issues and they didn't know when it would be in. Sounds about right for the world right now, so we waited.  Yesterday we drove by the store by chance and saw "going out of business" signs all over the place so we stopped in to see what this meant for our furniture. We were told that the order had never been placed to the company that would be building our furniture and they had basically taken our money and never filled the order. It was recommended by customer service in the store that we file a dispute with our credit card company or contact the Attorney General since the owner of Ashbrook basically picked up and left after selling the company and the new company who purchased Ashbrook would be unable to fill our order.  If anyone is waiting on an order from Ashbrook you are unlikely to get it and you should follow up ASAP. Not by phone though mind you, no one is answering the lines.

“Going out of business, 50% off” sale is an absolute joke. They have marked up prices from last year AT LEAST 50%, you’d be crazy dealing with them on anything not in stock, they are bankrupt and NOT FULFILLING ORDERS. Literally saw the same bedroom set from March of 2021 that was priced as a set mid $2000’s marked as $8k today, guy said with a straight face he would be willing to go a little bit below $4k but not much because “we can’t give it away”… $25 chairs are about the only “going out of business sale”.

My wife and I visited Ashbrook Furniture the weekend of Black Friday. My wife had found a bedroom set she liked and wanted at another store which we went an looked at. The wait time was a minimum of 16 weeks, so we decided to look elsewhere. We wound up at Ashbrook and found the identical set, but the wait time was the same. Realizing we would wait no matter where we went, we inquired about the set and asked for a price. The price came back a couple of hundred more than the price we were given at the other store, but Ashbrook matched the price and matched the free threshold delivery. The experience was very pleasant, they treated us fairly and by matching everything from the other store, meant we didn't have to drive back to the previous shop to get what we wanted. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have liked Ashbrook, knowing about the other store and their price they verified the other price, to be a bit more aggressive in beating the competition. Convenience is really the only reason for purchasing at Ashbrook as apposed to the other store. I would have liked to say Ashbrook really gave me a better price over the competition, but they didn't. Very nice store, pleasant people working there and they price matched.

I wish there was ZEROOOOOO star or MINUS. what a horrible company, they should have been out of business long time ago. They are hard to deal with. Have bought a furniture and has been over 3 weeks trying to call them for shipping. they don't answer the phone and they don't call back. When I ask them if they can keep their furniture , they said that they would charger me 50% of restocking fees. Horrible customer service

Had a fantastic experience here. Really great quality furniture but what really made it an excellent visit was the sales rep Liz was extremely professional and really made us feel like we were valued customers.  Coldness recommend this store or Liz enough. Very impressed.

My Wife and I tried Ashbrook Furniture for the first time ever. We were in search of a desk for her office. We met James after entering the showroom. He was so professional and polite and explained exactly where we would find all of the possibilities within their gorgeous showroom. It was a massive place with two floors of beautiful furniture. James brought us to an L-shaped option that looked amazing. He was very quick to explain that their lead times during the pandemic would mean a bit of a wait. He said he felt it was important to be upfront about this at the start and knowing how the pandemic has impacted so much in manufacturing we were fine with that. We checked out about 6 more desks but in the end the first one we were shown was our choice. James was great in walking us through the entire purchase process and even took my Wifes jokes right in stride. We will definitely be back when we have our next need and we will definitely be asking for James. Thank you Ashbrook and thank you James!!
