Absolutely the Top Of The Line  place to buy a recliner! Rebecca was truly a pleasure to work with I highly recommend that you ask for her.  She spent time asking me questions and listening to what I wanted in a new recliner. After that she led me through the store trying chairs till we found IT . . . the perfect chair.  The price was reasonable, Rebecca was wonderful and everything was so easy. I also have to take a moment to acknowledge that the manager, John, works with a great staff who clearly share excellent comradery, resulting in a very nice collegial atmosphere.  So, if Rebecca is busy, I have no hesitation in saying that you'll get along fine with anyone in the store . . . even John.

My sister, brother-in-law and I went in to buy my dad a recliner for his birthday here. We had the most wonderful experience! Probably the best experience I have ever had buying furniture! Kathy was our saleswoman and she was absolutely FABULOUS. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. She took the time to address all of our concerns for our dad and helped us find the most perfect recliner. She even tacked on several discounts to give us the best deal possible! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, so helpful and reviewed everything with us about the recliner before leaving with it. 10/10 would shop there again. If you go, ask for Kathy! She goes above and beyond!

Purchased a new sofa that had a minor defect. We called and spoke with Tammy, who was wonderful to work with. Three days later, a service person arrived by the name of Cicero.  He was thorough, pleasant, a gentleman, and completed the repair that was requested. Cicero made sure when he left our home that we were satisfied with the outcome of this issue.  Our experience with LaZBoy in Manchester was so positive that all our future furniture needs will be purchased there. They stand behind their product and provide excellent service. Thank you Tammy and Cicero for a job well done!

We had outstanding service both in Store and at delivery.  Our salesperson was knowledgeable and extremely patient.  We wanted to sit in the chairs for awhile to make sure they were comfortable.  Our salesperson encouraged us to take our time.  The delivery team was terrific.  James and Buddy were great at their jobs and nice people, too.  They lifted the furniture as if it was very light, which it wasn’t.  Thank you to them for making our entire interaction with La-Z-Boy top notch.

Huge showroom and easy to get to across from the mall in Manchester. I found myself in a looking around for a while before a sales person came over to see me . I was testing out a bunch of sofas so it was very obvious that I was there to buy. The store has a humongous selection of everything from sofa sets to home decor. I loved how everything was displayed. Tons of fabric samples are available and that will determine the final price of your order. Handicap parking and entrance are available.

We had such a helpful sales rep when looking for a new living room set. She was very friendly and courteous and heard our needs rather than trying to upsell which other stores do. We got a great deal on a sofa and set of chairs - even able to get the sofa same day. The chairs we had within a week that were special ordered. We're huge fans of the La-Z-Boy brand of furniture everything we have reclines, but the staff here is just really nice.

I am quite stressed over the calls on hold and the people who came to check our Chair. It is Mechanically burnt and trying to receive some justification has yet to happen. They claim there is no  bad scent. Someone else came over and worded the above so that means there is one. Please Lazyboy wake up and smell the coffee.

Went in just to look and see what they had. Not buying anything. First salesperson was very kind and gave us space. Second salesperson intercepted us and was extremely pushy and very rude. We clearly were not  looking to be hovered over. "Have you been here?", "Can I give you a tour?", "I can show you around", "I can let you now what is and is not in stock".  No thanks, was my response to each question and repeated we were just looking. I did cut him off the second time he wanted to give us a tour and he went away in a huff muttering under his breath.  Won't be back. There's 50 other furniture stores nearby.

Excellent store and prices.George was the most helpful salesman I've ever met. He took the time to check color selection and availability and made the whole furniture buying experience stress free.

Professional service. Quality products. Our 'go to place' for recliners and furniture. Although we don't go often as La-Z-Boy products last forever! Highly recommend.
