DO NOT GO HERE! I would honestly give it zero stars if that were an option! The front desk staff not all of them, just some are just terribly rude. Certain front desk staff members talk down to patients and seem to never give you accurate bill information. Seems 95% of the time we would check out, the bill was always higher than expected. Never telling us about certain charges to expect until it was too late, and we had no option but to pay. However, one vet there were WONDERFUL! She was always so kind and caring. Too bad she works there and not somewhere else!
Excellent service when you show up early. They take the dog and allowed me in to be with her. Dog looked unfazed after they took her to the area and back of the exam room. Great service and friendly folks
The love they share for each pet is beautiful. I appreciate their follow up care. when a pet is sick. The whole staff is PHENOMENAL
The whole experience was great, especially for a new dog owner with a special boy my dog is deaf. They were totally cool with taking a bag of his favorite treats to make sure it was a positive experience, and he had a great time. Got his vaccine, the vet talked to me about all the important stuff for his puppy health, and then out he came, in just 30 minutes! Highly recommend.
THE WORST PLACE! My vet mcdonough was so terrible.. barely took a look at my pet, was extremely nonchalant towards me! Anytime I asked a question about my dog ger answers would be very basic and very broad. Like I could’ve found what she was saying from the internet! Y jus place really tried me patience! Vet provided no information at all! Simply took the weight of my dog and then said I needed to pay for anything more than that. I would never recommend this place! Nor would I ever return. This place deserves a zero star review
I took my cat there for much of his life and always received very good service. When my cat became very sick, their compassion and professionalism was a great source of comfort. My cat needed specialized care that they couldn't provide, but they were very helpful in referring me to specialists who could give us what we needed, and remained very attentive and active even as I was working with other veterinarians. I wish my own doctors had this level of coordination and organization. Sadly, I ultimately needed to say goodbye to my cat, and they showed us a lot of care and kindness when that time came. I highly recommend them, and will happily return to them if I adopt other pets.
Year after year, day in and day out they continue to provide excellent care for our shelties. We've been clients since 2003. We have never been disappointed with the care they provide. Keep up the good work!
They have seen both my old dog and my current dog Duchess and have been friendly and extremely professional. They are caring and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

Stole my $50 deposit because I was running late for an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. I could not get through to them on the phone to let them know I was running late. I called three times and got the voicemail each time. If I actually was there on time I would have still been considered late since no one was answering the phone. They make call first and tell you that you can not just walk in. Covid restrictions have been lifted for over a year, yet they are still taking advantage of restricting their customers from entering the building. They refused to see me when I got there and basically cancelled my appointment. The woman on the phone was not nice and brash. Basically if I was there on time I would have still been considered late because of their policies to call first and their inability to answer the phone. Very unprofessional, archaic policies, and not compassionate, I would not recommend.
