Mark N. was such a great salesman. I came in the day before purchasing to look at a couple of couches and get a sense of their comfort and what payment options were available. He walked me through it all and printed out the prices for me to take home and discuss with my family. He wasn’t pushy as all and just wanted me to make the best decision for myself. I went back in the next day and to purchase and he was able to get us all checked out quickly. He was a great guy to work with! He showed me a few more accessories so I will be back soon to get those from him! Great experience and the couches were very reasonable and will look great in our home.
Back in May I was shopping for a new couch and Jeremy M. made the process so easy. He had a lot of great and honest suggestions and was in communication with me from the beginning of the process until it was delivered and set up.
My local Ashley store is full of so many great items but it can be a little overwhelming to find what I'm looking for. Jeremy McNeeley greeted me with a smile and and when I described what I was looking for he helped me find the perfect table for my living room. Even better - he found me one on sale! The piece looks great in my home and Jeremy made the process really easy and got it all taken care of. Will definitely be back!
This was our first time ever buying brand new furniture. My husband and I came in not knowing what to expect. I felt very overwhelmed-I never knew there were so many options, configurations, colors, fabrics, styles, etc. Jeremy greeted us, was very friendly but not pushy at all and let us look around and do our thing. He checked in on us every once in a while to see if we had questions. We left with a couple of couches in mind and went home to take the time to think about it. We came back as soon as they opened the next day and asked for Jeremy again. He answered our questions and again was very knowledgeable of everything, making us feel comfortable in making our decision. We pulled the trigger and ordered a couch that we are very excited about. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely come back again.
We walked in just to look and walked out purchasing a new living room set, coffee table, and bedside tables. Great selection. Excellent customer service. Jeremy McNeely was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy once. Very happy with the whole experience and can’t wait to get our new furniture delivered in a few weeks!
Jeremy was fantastic! We needed a new recliner for our nursery and he took the time to show us the best options, explained the best fabric options for having kiddos. He was even able to get us a recliner that they had in stock so we didnt have to wait weeks and weeks for delivery. We will absolutely be going back!
Jeremy was amazing when we came in to buy a bunch furniture for our new house. I’m not the easiest person to please and had an idea about everything I wanted. He was knowledgeable and patient. We got everything we wanted and a few extras. We’ve referred many people to see him. He doesn’t over sell and he’s honest. Definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars.
We had a great experience at Ashley furniture. The employee that helped me was very patient and understanding! He deserves a raise for it! I found so many pieces of furniture in that store that I fell in love with, it was hard to narrow it down! Thank you for the positive experience! I look forward to shopping your store again.
Mark Neuhaus has always been a great help. We have purchased our living room set of furniture . Plus our family entertainment room seating from Mark. He does show you many choices and lets you pick the one that best suits your needs. He works very hard to please you and get the best fit and price. Rick H.
We went to Ashley hoping to find an in-stock sofa at a reasonable price - not an easy task. We worked with Dustin, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. We found a great option and would definitely return to Ashley.
