Larry McGovern at the Cedar Rapids store was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly patient and listened to my concerns. My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley Home Store working with Michael Ritchart and Diana Lopata we have been shopping at many different stores and had no luck finding what we were looking for and we had stopped by on our way home and there it was exactly what we were looking for. Got a beautiful loveseat and couch from here about a year ago. There are so many varieties of different furniture here and I could spend hours looking through it! Jeremy was super helpful when we stopped back in to talk about the warranty.
Purchased a beautiful sofa and recliner. We were greeted by Mark right away with nice chocolates and he managed to get us an amazing price on our furniture. Great service and prices!
Diana & Michelle saved the day at Ashley furniture! My MIL had a total hip replacement and her current recliner rocked. After several very painful days of helping her get in and out of her recliner we decided she desperately needed a stationary lift chair that fully reclined. Diana understood our crisis well and tried to help us pick out the best option they had in stock. Unfortunately my MIL was not well enough to try them out and the one we took home was too tall for her and her feet didn't touch. A few days later Michelle could not have been more kind about exchanging for a smaller lift chair. She's settled in now and one step closer to her independence and a successful recovery. Thank you kindly for your compassion and help.
