I am so pleased with the experience as a whole, and the ease of finding my new furniture. Chris and Jimmy were wonderful. Chris was so helpful, attentive, and on task. He made finding and purchasing a breeze, and cut out any/all complications that typically arise in this type of purchase. Jimmy is so kind hearted and full of life. He made the experience fun. I appreciate both of these men for all help provided yesterday.

Was greeted promptly upon entering the store. Jimmy and Chris were very attentive and friendly. Great salesmen who sure knew their business. Had answers to all my questions on furnishings, purchasing, and delivery dates. I had a great experience. I would I highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for new furniture. Nice selection and great customer service.

My husband and I were on a mission to purchase a sectional for our home. We arrived and began inquiring from salesmen Jace and Jon. They were an absolute pleasure! They showed us items that aligned with what we were looking for and did not make us feel pressured at all! They both knew when to give us the information and then give my husband and I time to talk about it. Although we decided on a couch from a different furniture store, both Jace and Jon were kind and understanding! We did end up purchasing an outdoor table set and they were still an absolute pleasure!

Best Ashley home store ever. Had the best experience there. The best salesman I’ve ever met in my life named Jimmy somehow sold me a bed which I don’t even need, not in a bad way but he’s great, I honestly think I’m going to go back just to hang out with him. 6/5 stars

Jonathan provided his expertise to make the experience very smooth and straightforward. Told us the furniture would be delivered in two weeks. That was on 6/1/23. It is now 7/26/23 and no delivery date set. Started as a great experience but now I just want to get it over! By the way, payment made in full at the time of purchase. They have the money - I’m missing furniture.

I looked at my own pace for the furniture I was interested in, didn’t feel pressured, took my time over several days to decide for sure what I wanted. The sales person I originally talked to when I went in the first time helped me complete my purchase and was very helpful and friendly.

Recently purchased bedroom and living room furniture from Jon at Ashley. Jimmy and Jon both were very helpful without being pushy or pressuring us to purchase anything. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the salesman giving me space to look. He was watching by the way he popped up after I looked around. Glad you had items ready to get right then. Much better experience than times before Thank you Bonnie Wall

My salesman was Badge. I went in just for a mattress purchase. While looking I just browsed other furniture of interest. He took the time to explain to give a full presentation on each piece of furniture I looked even tho I wasn't there for anything else. He was great on educating us on everything and know all the features and options the furniture pieces had. He was very patience and most importantly, he was honest and gave direct answer to questions. My purchase budget expanded an extra $700 then my original budget based off the comfort level He gave my wife & I. I went to 5 other furniture stores before and all I got from sales associates from most expensive to the least expensive but no idea what was the difference. Coming from a sales background, I was very impressed and will be back yo get new furniture for the house from him and willing to spend more because of the education from his presentation. VERY SATISFYIED!

I never give one star ratings; however, I have never felt discriminated against until walking into this store. We have 2 houses, one in Austin and one in Abilene. Our intentions were to use Ashley's to furnish our home in Abilene as we did in Austin. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I walked around for 40 minutes and was NEVER spoken to. Several others walked in after and were attended to. I found a woman sitting in the very back and asked her for what I was looking for. She pointed to 3 directions and NEVER got up or called for any assistance. I understand not hovering over customers, but not helping is different. I eventually walked out, but Im sure no one noticed. Truly very sad experience. Do better Ashley's.
