Went and browsed and mer a delightful sales associate Shelly. We left the first day because we wanted to talk about purchase. We researched online and measured. Then went back next day and ordered something completely different. We are very happy with the service from store , looking forward to delivery.
Some of the best prices around for really high quality furniture! And make sure to get the protection, if you don't end up using it, after 5 yrs the send you a gift card! And if you do need it, they can help you replace your furniture! I will be coming back for sure with future purchases
We, had a smooth sailing experience at Ashley Furniture. Shelly was, very helpful and, knew exactly what we, we’re looking for. Found it, matched perfectly. Same day. Friendly service. She was able too find and, match our information with the perfect set. Would highly recommend them.
We basically had an entire house to furnish and Ashley in Moline was wonderful! We worked with Eric who answered every question honestly & was not pushy at all. We did it a little at a time & each time was a breeze. Eric remembered us every time we went in. We had some slight damage from our last delivery & even though it did take a little while to get the repair scheduled, the repair & the guy who did it were top notch & left our wall in better shape than before the damage! We ended up needing a couple exchanges also & that couldn't have been simpler either.
Moving back into the area and furnishing our new house... came here with my wife and son, had very helpful and friendly staff all around -- the woman who helped us find our couch, Shelly, was great at balancing providing useful info while we explored the store and tried out couches. Not everyone can be that helpful to parents distracted by a toddler! We will be looking forward to the delivery. Thanks!

Shelly was well versed in the mattress and adjustable platform bed features. She was patient with all my questions and time going back & forth between the different beds and mattresses. She had helpful suggestions and was a friendly sales person. I'm so excited about my wonderful shopping experience at Ashley Home Store and my new bed!
Before coming here I had been having a hard time finding a couch that I would love. But after receiving help from an employee, Manny, I found my dream couch! Not only do I have a reclining couch with cup holders, but he also helped me with setting up installments so I wouldn’t have such a harsh drop in my bank account! I finally have a perfect couch for my new apartment! Thanks for making this much less stressful!
Eric Kaldahl was the store manager and who helped us today. He was amazing, helped us with multiple price points on several pieces. Really patient, resourceful and very helpful. We left with a whole living room set in a price point we were comfortable with.
