We had a great experience with Gabby and the Manager. They were both great people to work with. Can't wait to get our new couch, coffee table and end table. We also purchased a new box spring.

I went into the Amsterdam Ashley Homestore looking for a couch or a loveseat..the help I received from Gabrielle was so pleasant and helpful, she went the extra yards to find exactly what I was looking for. She gave me so many options and it actually turned into a fun experience! Thank you Gabrielle and the sweet Woman who helped me set up the transaction, which was very easy for me!

Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at any furniture store in my life! Warren was absolutely amazing! I’ll never go to another store again. Ashley you have a lifer for sure.

I came in on random Monday with my husband and 2 toddlers looking for a new couch. I had already scouted online what i wanted. I was greeted and helped immediately wasting no time. Also accommodated and talked with my 2 little monsters trying to escape lol. I thank the team of ladies that helped me and will always recommend this store. The sectional got here within the same week and I’m so in love!

They delivered and installed a bed I didn't order. It calapsed after 2 days. I've slept on the calapsed bed now for a month waiting for Ashley to return with right bed only to be charged a restocking fee. Don't buy from them! Attorney general will be called. Warren and Nicholas are responsible for customer satisfaction!!! Anything but!!! Thanks Mr. Ruby

The young lady was very friendly and professional. She really impressed me with her pleasantness and professionalism. She really wanted to help me get what I came for. She's amazing and she's a keeper.

Nice people. Not their fault that it takes to long to get item. Warehouse can't handle sales I guess. Ordered two refrigerators, neither in stock,on back order. The third one got delivered.

We went in for bedroom furniture that we had seen online. Salesperson, Jill greeted us quickly and professionally. It was a quick and easy sale

Got a floor Model couch. Moved in the house in September. Love the couch, salesman, price, ease. Couch was wrapped nicely. Corners got scuffed on delivery. Scratched floors and we called, someone came out, implied not Ashley’s fault. Said we’d receive a call, never did and we swallowed that. Now once AC is off and heat on floors and first floor level get very warm a must started and we pinpointed to the couch. Not even a rug in the living room yet bc we just moved in, hardwood floors and one leather chair in great condition from stickley so nothing to give musty odor. As heat has been on for a month, musty moldy odor progressing and now blankets on couch smell as well as the room. Pretty sure it is flaring allergies too. I cannot even bring myself to sell it bc I could not do that to someone. Manager said there is nothing she can do but send cleaners, which we know won’t get that out of the inside of the couch EVER. The AC must have been dehumidifying the house and once off and heat on, activated whatever is in the couch. It’s a shame bc I was happy with the deal and love the couch, but now out almost 2k.

My husband and I were searching for recliners. After visits to several area stores, the prices here were pretty comparable. We looked in another county and found the exact recliners at a lesser cost. We called back our customer service representative, Joanne, and she priced matched these chairs for us! Needless to say, it pays to shop locally and this puts money into our local economy helping our neighbors. Thank you Joanne and Ashley furniture store in Amsterdam for quality furniture and great prices and service. We will be back! P.S. I picked up my brand new recliner yesterday and my husband's should be here in the not too distant future.
