Victoria was great, she helped us right away and was very polite and efficient. Cherice also helped explaining our paperwork regarding the protection plan and checked us out very quick! i would highly recommend this store and they get you great deals
I bought quite a bit of furniture for my new house from them and had a great experience. Sandy in sales is wonderful and so knowledgeable about the different options available. The furniture is so beautiful and prices for what I got were fabulous! They totally worked with my budget to get the most for my money. Go see Sandy!
I have continuously returned to this store for several items and sets. What keeps me coming back is the friendly and helpful staff. John has helped me furnish my home as well as provide a great story or two. He is friendly, personable and never hovers. I cant say anything bad, its been a great experience.
I feel like in the span of 2 years they have had 2 "going out of business" sales and they're still open. The prices are not great and the selection is not impressive. However, the sales staff is amazingly personable! They are friendly, but not too pushy. Over the years I have bought a few things from them. I received exactly what I paid for, so no complaints or suprises. Financing is simple and easy to do with them if you find a gem, but delivery can be a hassle. Before you buy, be sure to check out their discounts at the distribution center in DE. That's where you can REALLY score a great deal.
I chose Ashley home store because of the customer service and quality of the furniture. Tracy and John were wonderful, this is why i will never go anywhere else. They make your shopping experience enjoyable, but it not only stops there. Their delivery team are efficient and professional.
I went almost two weeks ago and purchased a sofa set off the floor. I was assured that my set would be taken to the back and wrapped. A few days later I went back and purchased a table set, but my sofa set was still sitting there. Prior to purchase I had to inspect for damage and sign off on it. If this company doesn’t remove my merchandise off the floor when they say they would, then they shouldn’t make me inspect it and sign off on it. When it was picked up, it was sitting in the back of their warehouse , and tilted on its arm! I was assured that it would get wrapped back up after discovering they failed on their last commitment to move it off the floor. Instead they take it to the back over a week later, and place it on their dirty warehouse floor. Apparently, this location got a new owner and new staff. The new manager is a complete moron. I’ll never go back. *** Sent an email 6 days ago to the email address in the owners reply. I’ve not received a response.
The delivery Men were So Polite! Not only did they introduce themselves to me but my Son I. Law and Daughter as well. They were respectful of the home and floors as well as my new furniture! They had a flight of stairs to take dressers 2 and night stands down. This was my first time ever buying furniture and Ashley is where I Will be going in the Future and sending Anyone who is looking !! Thank you for such an awesome experience!
We worked with Victoria who was very friendly and took her time to help us with all of our questions we had about the patio set we were looking to buy. The staff was not pushy and made us feel comfortable with the time we needed to make a decision.
Never again!!!! We ordered a complete bedroom set for about 2500$ and the sales associate said 2-4 weeks to be delivered but their inventory was in good standing so it could be 7-10 days. 2 weeks after we purchased our order I gave them a call on a Wednesday morning just to find out what the status was and they told me it wasn't even delivered to the warehouse yet and it could take up to 4 weeks. We asked to speak to the manager and they told us there was not a manager on duty! They were completely rude. Here it is, the 4th week and no call about my furniture. I gave PAUL store manager a call and he told me that it was in the trailer but not sure when it is going to be here so if I could just be a little more patient they will give me a call. If its going to take up to the 4 week deadline then you should say 4-6 weeks!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. EDIT: 5 weeks after we purchased and no progress made. We were told it could take a couple days or a couple weeks. Called corporate and the warehouse in Newark to get them involved.
