Hello -- I need a repair on my Martin guitar and was referred to Dean Sapp's Music Store as the closest authorized dealer to me (I live in Dover, DE). Can I just bring my guitar to your store during business hours, or would I do better to make an appointment to make sure someone will be there when I arrive? I see your business hours directly above this message window, but I'd prefer not to drive for an hour and find that, for some unusual reason, the store was closed. The repair I need involves the fret board pulling away from the body of the guitar. If I do bring it in, will I be able to get an estimate on the repair? Thanks for helping me know better how to go about getting my guitar back in playing condition again!
