It's easy to find and has plenty of parking. It has nice setup for different kind of furniture. Didn't had a good experience with someone showing us around. He came directly to assist me when we didn't want his help and then left us in between of showing different thing when new customer came in. It was not a good experience.
Good collections of furniture. We purchased dining table and sofa from here. Little bit pricey but good quality.
Love the place for it's selection and interior ideas! I haven't bought anything from this place though! Way out of budget!
Amazing customer service from Dan as soon as I walked in the store! He greeted me immediately and led me to exactly what I was looking for! My sectional will be delivered in just a few short days! Henry even gave me free protection for my sectional! Great group of guys!
12/20/20- update. Now this company is telling me that they will not be giving me a refund for a third item I had requested when just last week on Monday Celest from corporate stating that I would be getting a full refund on the three items. And today I get a call telling me that I wont be. Thus company is a joke. I really hope that someone important like an owner see's this. Still waiting for my refund...... I am now suffering from back pain because of the mattress I have purchased from Ashley furniture store. This is outrageous now I have to suffer physically as well. This store is the worst. I haven't heard anything from David Key or from corporate. I need my money back. I would also like to mention Deana Muñoz she is the "customer service " person. she was disrespectful and unprofessional the last time I was there. I have no idea how she can remain on that post. Same goes for David Key. Once he got his "commission " from my order I was history. He is also extremely unprofessional, after he gets his money and then the horror begins with delivery/returns or refunds. This store and employee's suck..... Do not buy anything from this store. I am now trying to get my money back over $7,000.00 worst store ever! three pieces were damaged when they were delivered. The tempur-pedic mattress I have received is not like the one in the store. I am really disappointed with tempur-pedic mattresses. The one I have received from Ashley is not comfortable at all. If you have bought a tempur-pedic from this store please take a closer look open it
Tom the sales associate was extremely helpful & assisted with my purchase. The manager took 45-60 mins to approve the purchase. Tom also helped me carry the piece of furniture to my truck there was no support staff or dolly’s to assist with transporting to my truck. Tom was awesome!! The rest of the experience was frustrating to say the least.
Terrible customer service. Staff in store recommended regular foundation for bed when I needed a low-profile. Called within 72 hours to do the exchange, they said they were going to send new foundation. 1 week later I called to check on the update and they told me that exchange was denied and now is not possible to return or exchange useless foundation.
Shopping at Ashley homestore in Milpitas has been the worse furniture buying experience I ever had. The staff is extremely rude, customer service is equally bad. I ordered a piece of furniture that I saw in store demo but what I received at home was wrong and cheaper looking railing. When I asked for a replacement they said this is what I get. And a refund would take over a month to process. Highly recommend not shopping at this store. Below are reference pictures of railings I ordered vs what I got at delivery.
Good selection although definitely a little less modern. If you didn't know it already you can negotiate at lots of furniture stores. This one especially as the salespeople seem to have a lot of leeway. For example, we were looking at a couch for 1400, we mentioned there was a 50% off regular price last time we visited the store and he offered us 850 for the sectional.
I recently moved to a new apartment and bought all new furniture, including some big pieces from Ashley online store. I bought a black dresser that cost $500 - after less than one month of use it's completely broken. So, I called the company trying to get help. The reps on the phone would transfer me while I was still talking, or talk over me. I was on hold for over TWO HOURS and transferred to EIGHT different departments before someone finally made an appointment for a repair guy to take a look at it. The guy came to our house, looked at the dresser and said it had been damaged when it was delivered and he couldn't fix it. Ashely representatives were supposed to call me back. Haven't heard from them since. Now I have a brand new piece of furniture where I can't even close or open half the drawers. This has been the worst, most disappointing experience with a company. BUYER BEWARE!
