Every single delivery I've gotten from Ashley has had a missing part. Today, I had a backless couch delivered. We also received the wrong back pillows. There should have been one left, one middle, and one right. We received three left, two middle, and no right pillow. We also received an extra left side panel. The delivery person called Ashley and reported the missing back. They told us they could ship the part to us in 5-7 business days. After I left, I called corporate again to confirm. First, I waited for 20 minutes and gave up. I called again and chose the option to be called back. They called me back and put me on hold to add notes to my account. The system hung up on me. I called again and this time chose the text message option, which has actually been much better to use as I got an immediate response and have been able to send photos. Update 7/18/22: I emailed the address Ashley posted in response to my review on July 14th. I have not gotten any response from them or from corporate regarding the customer service cases I submitted. Update 7/22/22: We received a box from Ashley. It contained one left pillow and one middle pillow, so now we have four left pillows, three middle pillows, and still zero right pillows. I received an email about another part being shipped, so I hope that is the back piece.
Customer service prior to our purchase was amazing. Then we had delays with the delivery, we said okay these things happen. Then I realized that one cushion had a broken zipper. I didn't see it during delivery so it is a warranty problem, so okay. Next, a leg snapped off a dining room chair. Things happen, right?! On March 3, 2022, after finding out the extended warranty we purchased would not cover the issues because the furniture wasn't one year old yet, customer service at Ashley's requested photographs of the damaged pieces and scheduled a technician to come out on March 27th. On March 23 we received an email stating our order would arrive in 7-10 days. Since we didn't have an order I called customer service to find out they cancelled our service tech because they were ordering replacement parts. Fast forward to April 27 and we still have broke furniture. Today I was told they are still waiting on replacement piecesordered March 23, 20 days after our claim because of the pandemic. I am trying to be patient, but I am very disappointed in this company. I gave them a 2 because the counter stools we ordered have not disappointed and the buying experience was pleasant. The sectional and dining room set are another story altogether.
I had some delay with a piece of my furniture, however, the problem was fixed and I love my furniture! Their selection of furniture is far superior to their competitors. Finally, my salesperson, Brandon at the Wesley Chapel location is fantastic, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service! Great experience!
I don't recommend any of the item if you are looking good service and support for the money you paid for the item. Story Explained: 1. Delivered a damaged item and improperly assembled without all hardware delivery guy was miss informed that he is not going to assemble all tables for that need to call and ask for it . 2. Struggled to contact customer care, 2/3 hours on call even after not able to contact, went to store to report. 3. After 3/5 days received a confirmation that Technician will come and check and scheduled on 22nd days 4. Technician came after 22nd without knowing why he is here. 5. He asked me what happened, by seeing that he is gluing the part, not sure why how he was thinking that gluing will fix and customer will accept. 6. He agreed to replace the part i denied to accept the gluing. 7. He was misleading me that there is know hardware are missing and nothing wrong in the assembly. 8. After showing the proof technician agreed to order the hardware, but he did not fully check what is wrong what are the parts need to be replaced. 9. Technician said, parts will be delivered after 7/14 days, till now no update on that. 10. He will come and fix after i call to them once the items are delivered. Really they don't have tracking?
Horrible Experience. No communication. Through managers. Phone or in store. We are now six months out from ordering our furniture. It's finally been delivered. Pieces were damaged. Things were promised to fix the issue and no response back from anyone. I've been in the store at least eight times And spoken to two different managers With still nothing has been handled . I will never do business with this store again.
We had a great experience with our recent shopping trip. Our sales person Hind was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us the time to walk the store and consider our options without pestering or over- selling. She was available when we had questions, and made sure to help answer them while dealing with my 2 kiddos. Thanks Hind and looking forward to do more business together!!
We visited Ashley’s Furniture last week and had a wonderful experience. Steve Mahon help us with picking out the best bed for my husband and I. We came back a couple days later and Steve work with us on purchasing two living room sets. Steve has been so help through this entire furniture buying process. Their was a mix up on a couple of items and he quickly fix the error. Steve customer service is amazing and he will have a repeat customer with us.
Spent almost $4,000 on furniture, which they were eager to sell me, but when it was delivered, 2 of my bunk beds are both missing the storage drawers. All of a sudden now no one wants to help me. Finally talked to someone about it to get it delivered, but they said it was on back order, will be delivered in a month. Got a call yesterday that it's being pushed back again. Not happy at all with the way they are handling or not handling the situation. The salesperson was so happy to sell me everything but as soon as I called her she wanted nothing to do with me or my issue. That's great customer service. Still waiting for the rest of my furniture they forgot to deliver almost 2 months ago. October 4thand still waiting. I confirmed my delivery 5 times in the emails they sent me but they cancelled cause I was working when they called the day before and couldn't answer the phone. Tried to call them 8 times and couldn't get any answers. I know they are not that busy and I suggest you go somewhere else unless you want half your furniture now and the rest 3 months later
I am a first time customer at Ashley furniture, and I can honestly say I will be back! One of the salesmen named Austin helped me find a bed frame and headboard within minutes. The customer service is amazing, although when this bed didn’t end up being a good fit Austin and a man named Joel stepped up to make it right and find me a replacement item with almost no issues at all. Great store!
I originally left a 5 start review because the sales woman was amazing. However, the delivery and the customer service experience ruins every single inch of good at this place. I was hesitant on getting this dining room server, and the sales woman told me I can refuse it at delivery and the men would load it back in the truck and take it back. They delivered everything and LEFT in the biggest hurry before I could even refuse anything. I called and called customer service and they told me they would call me back to discuss. 2 WEEKS go by and in that timeframe I rearranged this server so many times and decorated it and finally sort of liked it. I get a call today 2 weeks later with no heads up saying the delivery people are almost there to pick up my server. I told the woman I called a long time ago with no responses and she challenged me and told me I did not call two weeks ago and called yesterday and “she’s sorry it took them only 2 days to handle this” and hung up. I called back and got someone else and she cancelled the delivery pickup. I promise I will never shop here again and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever gone through. A service rep essentially told me I was lying and if you guys would like my call logs I will gladly show you the 10 calls I have going out to you guys 2 weeks ago.
