Our custom suiting invites you to design your own look from more than 300 luxurious Italian fabrics, with your choice of details, including lining, working sleeve buttons, and a ticket pocket. We offer custom tailoring and wardrobe consulting to help you love how you look!

I've been to several Men's Wearhouse stores, but this is the first time I've been to this location. It was a disappointment. First, it was small in comparison to other Men's Wearhouse stores. The inventory was somewhat lacking. However, my largest disappointment was with the service. Or I should say, the lack of it. In every other Men's Wearhouse I've shopped, there have been employees offering assistance. Here, I experienced the opposite. At this store, there were no employees willing to assist even though several appeared to be just hanging about. Ultimately, I left without buying a thing. If no one was interested in helping me, I'll take my money elsewhere. Upside: the store was clean.
John, Sam, and Nate saved the day. I needed some adjustments for several pieces of my suit for a wedding I was attending as a groomsman the next day. It was totally on me for waiting so long to try the suit on but they told me not to worry. The pieces were overnighted to the store and they helped me ensure everything fit properly and gave me great tips on the etiquette for this kind of suit. They were all very kind, responsive, and well groomed. I knew from the minute I started speaking with them that they’d make sure I showed up ready for the wedding. It’s so clear that these gentlemen care for what they do. Thanks so much!
I’m not a fan of writing reviews but I must say I rented a tuxedo at this store and I came to pick up the tuxedo when I try on I wasn’t comfortable at all one of the employees came out and said it looks good on me in which it wasn’t true since it has a different measurements so it fits horrible on me , I got home very frustrate and upset and advise my wife of the issue she called the store and ask for a supervisor or manager and there he is Mr. John he answer the called and spoke to my wife and advise to come to the store in order for him to assist us. We went today in order to returned the tuxedo and John assist us beyond the extra mile, he is the one of those employees you which to have working for you what an amazing customer service he has. He did what was possible for him to make me feel better and even offered me a brand new suit in order for me to be happy. I was shock with him that he was going to do that, at the end he returned the money to us with no problem and to be honest I felt bad with him and his kindness, please if you go there ask for him he will definitely will go far and beyond to make you feel better. Kudos for John .
Il giving them 5 stars for only 1 reason: EVAN. He was fantastic! He asked my son what he needed help with. One guy with crazy hair told us to go up front and ask someone for help to be measured for a suit. Another employee, another young man with long hair in a purple suit couldn’t find a measuring tape and acted like he really didn’t want to help. After he measured him he walked away. Didn’t offer any help or to get someone. We wandered around until Evan was kind enough to ask what we needed. He was absolutely incredible. He helped my son find the perfect shirts and ties to match the suit we picked out. Did the measurements for the alterations and was just an all out great young man. The rest? Not even close to being helpful. Keep Evan. Promote him. Have him train the others about how to treat a customer. And tell the others to acknowledge customers regardless of what they look or dress like. Treat all customers as if they're there to spend a lot of money even if they only spend around $635.
Great place to shop for suits, well priced items. Felipe is amazing person to ask for help. Made my week better just by talking to him for a while.
I bought a suit about 2 weeks almost 3 weeks ago for a Christmas event. They were doing alterations and said they would call me when done... No calls, no emails till I was the one who called. I go to pick it up today and no one helps me till almost 20 minutes later when other people come in after me and I had to say something. I would give it one star, but the suite is nice and the youndlg lady that was there at least called some people out.
Tale of two experiences here. The first was for a wedding fitting and I had an excellent experience, immediately greeted at the door by a younger clean shaven guy, helped with everything I needed promptly, was in and out feeling as if everything was accomplished. I only wish I had his name to give him proper kudos. The second experience was rough though, there was three employees one guy with a heavy mustache and two younger women, the guy was helping a couple and so I started browsing. Only interaction I had with the employees was to ask questions about pants which they answered with slightly less than disdain. Then when in the dressing room, I overheard the employees complaining because they had customers in near close, 30 minutes before close mind you, and they wanted to get out early. The final straw however was when I was waiting to check out and the two ladies were standing in front of the mirror checking out their outfits and I had to leave the register to come get their attention. I had wanted to buy a full outfit, left with only pants instead. Both of these instances happened mid week, arrived 8:15 and out by 8:45 as that is the soonest I could arrive after work amd is within their open hours. It is amazing how different the customer service was between the two.
Been to many mens wearhouse stores and this one was the best customer experience I’ve had. Evan the employee greeted me and was eager to help me find the right suit. He went over all brands to see which was most comfortable. He knew I had an important business related event and he showed me different color shirts and ties that he felt would look most progressional and sharp. He was very positive and designed a perfect look for me. Highly recommend this store for quality customer service.
After a terrible experience with Jos A Bank, deciding not to work with Brooks Brothers due to their high cost, my fiancé and I traveled to Mens Warehouse, where we were greeted by the Store Manager, Nathan Dixon. Nathan was such a pleasure to work with and helped us find exactly what we needed for myself and my groomsmen. Although we didn't have an appointment Nathan was kind enough to work with us on short notice due to his 12 PM appointment canceling. We selected the suits for myself and my groomsmen with easy and Mens Wearhouse made it very easy to prepare for our wedding at an affordable cost. Nathan, thank you again for the amazing experience and I look forward to working with you in the future.
Went here to get a few items for a funeral. We asked for specific color shirts we did not see and were told to go to JC Penney, then the staff literally ignored us while we looked for the *other* items we needed that we hadn't had an opportunity to ask about before being abandoned. We spent some time looking by ourselves for the vest and slacks we needed. When we did finally flag down a different employee to ask about a size we didn't see on the rack they had L, XL, and 5XL on the rack, we wanted something between, nothing crazy here and were told they'd have to "check the inventory". We left 5 or 10 minutes later because it was obvious the staff wanted to do ANYTHING ELSE besides help us, as they never returned to let us know about the "inventory" question. Will not be returning to this location, unlikely we'll visit ANY Men's Warehouse in the future either. You have one chance to make a first impression, and they made a very bad one with us.
