We just bought a new Ashley sofa and love seat from the Mankato, MN. store. We had the pleasure to work with Stephanie at this store. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Tim Vollmer helped my wife and I decide on an amazing purple mattress. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We will be back to the this location to see Tim when it's time to pick out more household furniture!
We stopped in before getting groceries as we've been looking for a new sectional. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. We were able to get in, look through the store, purchase our sectional and get out in half an hour.

I went to Ashley to get a Purple mattress with a bit of a time crunch. When the mattress wouldn't arrive in time by normal delivery means Tim Vollmer went over and above the call of duty by driving to Fridley, picking the mattress and free pillows up, and personally delivering them to my house. A true hero. A+ service. Thanks a million!
Great Experience buying a new mattress! Our sales associate was Chris Maxa store manager and I HIGHLY recommend him! He helped us find what we liked right away and gave us time and space to try out different mattresses. He wasn't pushy at all, very informative and knowledgeable. He was also helpful after the sale and extremely easy to talk to. We will definitely be going back to Ashley for our future furniture needs.
I have rarely had such amazing service from any store like I did in the Ashley furniture store. Our consultant, Nasser Elsadik was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our purchases every step of the way. He knows the store in and out so he was able to point us to everything we needed. I also loved the array of furniture that was on the floor. I could not be happier and can't wait to have our furniture delivered. Thank you Ashley for such dedication to your customers. I also appreciated masks on all of your employees and that they were worn correctly.
Our sales person Tim Vollmer was amazing throughout our mattress purchasing experience. He listened carefully to what we needed, our budget, and helped us decide on a product that best fit our needs. He even suggested a mattress cover and protector that are beyond compare to any other ones I have owned before. Sales to delivery the process was smooth and seamless. We will definitely be recommending and returning to see Tim in the future.
Kenzie at the Ashley HomeStore in Medford was excellent to work with. She went through the entire deletion of sofas to find me what I needed. Afterwards I needed to make a change to the order and was treated very nicely and the refund was promptly given. It was so refreshing to have that high level of service.
My family has been getting furniture from Ashley since before they moved into the store they are in now. Went in the other week to purchase our son’s 1st “big boy bed” and a new kitchen table and chairs. Tim and Brian did a great job taking care of us. We are super happy with the quality of our choices and the service we received. Always a great experience.
