I stopped into the showroom and was greeted with friendly smiles. While they didn’t originally have the item I was looking for, they maintained excellent communication over time. Exclusively Diamonds is my go to jewelry store in Southern Minnesota. The staff does an amazing job each and every time I shop there. They make you feel special and want to help you find your jewelry joy. I got my engagement ring through them and my fiancé can’t thank them enough. I am a lifelong customer and can’t wait to continue to add pieces to my jewelry collection. If you’re ever in Mankato, go check them out as they have stunning pieces for all budgets. Once again the staff is the best.
After an extensive search for a specific Tudor watch, I am so thankful that I made a phone call to Bryce at Exclusively Diamonds. Right from the moment she answered, I knew she was in the business to help me locate my dream watch. A quick backstory: I had called over 60 Tudor Ads with most of them not giving me the time of day as an “out of state shopper,” with one AD stating they could not verify my identity virtually. Long story short, Bryce and the Owner worked together promptly and were able to find the exact watch I was looking for. She was able to get me information, pictures, and verified my identity virtually within a matter of minutes. She then also sent a secured payment portal to finalize the watch purchase. I cannot recall a recent interaction with someone with such competent communication skills and the willingness to provide exceptional customer service. I cannot put in words how thankful I am to have worked with Bryce and she has gained my loyalty as a long-term customer. I look forward to purchasing many more time pieces through Bryce at Exclusively Diamonds. Thank you!
Always a great experience when walking into Exclusively Diamonds from a welcoming atmosphere to all the watches that I could ever dream of. Jen and Sarah do an amazing job of making my visits with my little girls a blast every time we stop in, especially when I get to take home something new.
I started watching Wine Wednesday 3 years ago during Covid. The girls and Clinton are so fun to watch and buying jewelry is easy. Purchasing items featured on the show, brought me into the store, and let me tell you…it is gorgeous in there. The staff is super helpful and they are always willing to let you try on stunning new sparkly rings…just for fun. Love that! For every detail they are exceptional - down to the presentation when gift wrapping your purchase.
Hands down amazing experience with getting my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced. They made her feel so comfortable and so special. Not just the 2 lovely ladies who did the piercing, but all the staff. She had so much fun she asked if she could do it again!
Sarah greeted me first when I came into the store. She was amazing from start to finish. I ordered a ring online first mistake but i had a time crunch and a budget. Ordered online in time for my proposal date and the ring came in with a lavender tinted gemstone instead of the white I had ordered. Heard great things about exclusively diamonds so I went over on my lunch break at work. They found a diamond to replace the stone that came in the ring for a small fee plus the diamond and had the ring fixed and ready for me by the end of the day. Couldn’t ask for better service anywhere else.
I have shopped with Exclusively Diamonds for over 15 years. Their service is top notch from the time you enter in the door to the time you leave. Every single member of their team is approachable, personable and professional.
We had our daughters ears pierced here and it was the best experience. It was such a welcoming and happy environment. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be back!
