My husband and I walked into the store and a very friendly sales person greeted us. His name was Andrew. He was so kind and asked what we were looking for and showed us where to go and he let browse without hovering over us. After we picked out what we wanted he was close by to answer all of our questions and helped us with the purchase. We bought our item yesterday early afternoon and even though they said it would come in, in about 5 days or less by UPS. Well, we received it the very next morning. Less then 24 hrs. Phenomenal. Thank you Andrew for helping us out and being so friendly and not pushy. We will come back when we need more furnishings.
I came into the store to purchase a sofa and was greeted by Fred!! He was so patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest!! He didn’t try to pressure me and provided the best options for me!!! He is awesome!!!! I will be back to purchase more items from Fred!!! In addition his manager Omar and Khalid at the finance desk were so awesome and helpful!!!! Andrew should me one of the most comfortable recliners in the store for me to sit in!!! Went in to buy a sectional couch and was taken care of right away! Kevin showed us a lot of great options that fit our requirements not too big, darker color to hide the hair from our two long-haired black cats, etc and we found the perfect option that was so comfortable. I didn’t feel pushed to choose any particular option at all. The financing application process was very easy and straightforward, and within 30 mins we left with all the paperwork in hand and a delivery date scheduled! Excited to go back to Ashley’s for my furniture needs in the future
My husband and I had the pleasure of shopping with Kevin to purchase our new sofa and bedroom set. Kevin was funny, patient, super helpful, and best of all he wasn’t your typical pushy salesman. Our experience was smooth and the customer service he proved was top tier. When shopping at Ashley’s make sure to ask for Kevin. 10/10 recommend!
My husband & I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by some very friendly employee named Devon, who thoroughly helped us all with our furniture searching experience. Yeah, every question asked regarding each store item was thoroughly explained in great detail and we were very satisfied with our purchases. Also, Devon assisted with applying for credit, which resulted in a success, and was very efficient. I highly recommend the store and the employee Devon. He is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise.
I walked into the Ashley store, looking for a couple of items. I had been to a different furniture store without much success. I was greeted right away by Manny and he asked me if he could help me with anything. I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for, a couch. I gave him all of my thoughts about what I will needed and after a short period of time we decided on a couch. I really needed his help because I wasn’t able to make that decision on my own, and he knew the products very. Very happy with my experience. Very happy with Manny.
It was my first time and I am overwhelming. I was very happy, very comfortable. And my sales person was very connected. Knowing what he was selling and I'm very happy now I have to make sure that it will be delivered to me on time. Have a wonderful blessed day.
My experience. The second my partner and I walked our pasty skinned bodies into the store, one of the 3-4 men who stood gathered together near the back of the store made a beeline for us. We noticed immediately. We were not interested in talking as we were there only to browse. We'd never shopped at Ashley before and wondered what styles and prices they offered. We immediately took a right turn around furniture to stave off the "salesman approach" but he swiftly recalculated his tragectory and continued his attack. We circled and walked right out of the door we came in. The salesman immediately stopped his progression and returned to his cackle at the rear of the store. In the meantime, a family two parents, 2 kids had walked in ahead of us. They were Hispanic and spoke together in Spanish. Despite them sitting on several couches, discussing their preferences, never once did any salesperson make a beeline to them. From my observation before and after the chase, not a single salesperson gave them any attention whatsoever. It was like they didn't exist. Now, there's a possibility these salespeople knew this family and, perhaps, they were known to browse and not buy so an approach from a salesperson would be fruitless unlikely but I'll throw them a bone. Still, not a single acknowledgement of their presence was made and yet we were sought out and stalked immediately. Even if Ashley offered top quality furniture at rock bottom prices with the most luxurious before and after market customer service judging from previous reviews, this is far from the truth, I would never shop here. And here's the thing, we were looking for an entire house of furniture as we'd just bought a new place and needed to kit out every room. Obviously we went somewhere else. Additionally, the furniture we did see was uninspiring and common can be found anywhere with prices surprisingly high.
They will give you thorough information about every single inch of piece, of how specific and comfortable their couches, and beds look set up! Very nice presentation from the Manager on how specific and detailed he was!
I was happy to shop in the busiest day on Labor Day. I was in and out so quick thanks to the help of Andrew my salesman. I love my new sofas and can’t wait to get them as they promised.
