Lovely experience. Joe greeted me at the door, introduced himself and asked if I needed assistance. I declined and said if I needed help I would let him know. He did not hover or follow me around the store. I found what I was looking for. A new design accent chair. Though it wasn't in stock at the store, it was at the distribution center and I would receive it within a few weeks. No months of waiting and Joe was easy to find. The office clerk was also extremely friendly and pleasant. An all over wonderful experience. Thank you Ashley Furniture!!!!
Great experience dealing with Jared, Very honest and easy to deal with. We’re very happy with the purchase of our new love seat. The delivery Guys had an issue putting the middle back on during the morning, but they had a new piece out to us and installed by 2pm the same day.
We were greeted when we entered. Nothing abrasive. We shopped around trying every sofa we liked. Buying was easy and took no time. My only complaint is we can't get it soon enough! And delivery was within normal wait times.

Our intention was just browsing today, however after looking around and checking out the competition in the centre we came right back to one of the first items we looked at. We were served by Stephen. What great service!!! Great info. Fantastic sense of humour. We made a purchase and got it on sale…nice… but the best part was the service, thanks Stephen Bill
Well layed out clean store. Great staff, very friendly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jared, extremely knowledgeable, very polite and friendly, made it easy purchasing our new couch!
This is my 3rd time to come and shop at Ashley. The help from salesman is of excellent quality and I felt being well cared. Also I need to give thumbup to associate because he provided extra packing service warmly when I was setting out to pick up the lamps on site.
Loved my experience at Ashley Home store. Sales person was helpful and compassionate. I would recommend anyone that wishes to shop there I have the best customer service.
So it started out great, at the sales end of things. Sales person in the store was wonderful & very helpful. The breakdown happened on delivery. Was called and provided a date and window of time that delivery would be made, a Thursday between 1pm & 4pm. Schedule cleared and waiting commenced, at 3:50pm phoned the store to check on the deliver, was informed that deliver was in-fact not going to happen during the window of time I was told. It was now going to happen after 4pm. I questioned why no one would of called me to inform me that my deliver was not on time or happening as scheduled. The answer these things happen we missed it and didn't call you. I asked what the process is from here, I cleared my afternoon I now have to move other appointments around to which I was told nothing would be done outside of cancel the delivery and reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and well that failed I got a front store lead again said these things happen we can send you a check for the delivery fee. I asked when the delivery would happen was given a time and I asked to speak to the store manager. Got a call later from the store manager and she said the same thingthink it might be a corporate script or policy these things happen theres traffic what can we do about hat nothing. I was told they would refund my delivery fee to which I said that would probably have to happen as you didn't deliver during the time you stated so why would I be paying. The manger didn't like this the poor customer service got worse from here. We can mail you a check thats all we can do we can't go back in time. No apologies or explanation as to why I wouldn't of been called to make me aware that the delivery would be late. It gets a little bit better. The delivery person called to say we are on our way and will be there at a different time later than the manger and lead person had stated. I asked why he didn't call me to say he was going to miss the 1-4pm window I was given. He stated no one told him that my delivery was to be made at that time. He was very nice and apologized. Management however was not nice and very annoyed when I questioned the process or failure within the process.
Found the chaise couch we wanted at the Ashley Store in Dartmouth NS. Stephen made the transaction quick and seamless, going the extra mile to ensure we got the best price and the earliest delivery date possible.
