Monaliza helped me in the store. She was very sweet and very helpful. I came in to the store and told her that I had scoliosis, and she had the expertise to ask questions about my scoliosis, and how that would affect me purchasing a couch. She showed me several options and describe how each option could be helpful in a different way when I am sitting on the couch. We walked through scenarios of using the couch so that she can get a better understanding of the features that I would require. To my surprise I purchased a couch and financed it over one year. I was supposed to go to five other stores today but now I have the whole day free because she was very helpful.

Monaliza was incredibly amazing, from the moment I walked inside the store to the end of the deal. So much fun during the demonstration and the way she connected with my family and I. Self confidence, knowledge and professionalism are the key for her success. She has the most charming personality I’ve ever seen. Such a wonderful experience, now I know why she is Ashley’s sweetheart. P.S. we love our new mattresses and beds.

Monaliza was just an amazing in helping me pick out my new furniture set for my living room. We literally spent almost 3 hours decorating to make sure I was happy with the final sale. What a great experience as well with Alejandro the manager. He was very welcoming and attentive with his customers. I personally love this particular store to shop and it is highly recommended.

Monaliza was incredibly amazing part of our shopping experience in Ashley and on the delivery day. She was also assisting us on the phone regarding the recall item yesterday even though she was on medical leave. Very sweet lady. Monaliza is a sophisticated and amazingly sweet advisor. She greeted us with her beautiful smile and professional attitude. She took us to the mattress gallery and introduced Purple mattress to us when she found out that we are new in town and we need to get some furniture immediately. We ended up purchasing the whole bedroom set including mattress, adjustable base, pillows, mattress protectors and bed frame. Monaliza’s energy and confidence was amazing and we felt like we were in the right hands with her, now I realized that why she is famous in Ashley’s google search because of the way she treats customers. Priceless experience!

Had such a great experience at ashleys furniture with Julia help. She is amazing and very knowledgeable. She was extra patient and gave us space when wanting to look around. Ended up leaving with a couch and table with her help. Thank you Julia!!
