I hate having to do this…because our experience in store was fantastic. We bought a couch/chair set a little over a year ago. We purchased the insurance on the couch and unfortunately the couch has already broken. The frame has broken and the insurance company that ashley uses has been terrible. I am home on maternity leave with a newborn and cannot sit on the couch. This process is ongoing and has been for over 5 weeks now. As much as I enjoyed the experience in store, I will not purchase from Ashley anymore due to the representation the insurance company is giving them.

Worked with the sales manager Alex Newman. Wonderful greeting, knowledgeable, patient, and remembered us from when we had called a few days before. Picked out our dining room table and chairs with no issues and full explanation of financing etc. definitely deserves to be a manger for Ashley. Thank you Alex

We had a very good experience at Ashley’s store. Alex was helpful without being over bearing. He provided us with good knowledge of the features of each couch and ultimately pointed us in the right direction of the couch we bought. Highly recommend him for any of your furniture needs.

Worked with Jay, the sales associate, and Alex, the sales manager. Jay remembered me from when I was in a week or so prior and was super helpful in getting me the exact configuration I wanted for the sectional I purchased. Both of them were very pleasant and explained each part of the buying process!

Alex at the Harrisonburg Ashley’s was beyond helpful from the second we walked in to the store on Labor Day. He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. We very much appreciate his help and he deserves an extra day off !
