What can I say excellent customer service the whole experience at this Ashley furniture store was phenomenal. Our sales rep Ann Lucas couldnt be more on point on treating us with her great expertise thank you for our great customer experience.
My sister and I made several purchases. We worked with Jacob and Jarvis. They were outstanding and made the experience very pleasant. They worked hard to make our purchase fit our budgets and we were very grateful for that. The were very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy or aggressive which was very nice. I would highly recommend. The store is beautiful and nicely furnished with great selections.
Placed an order for accent table in May, 2022. Sunday our salesman told me delivery would be mid July. Sunday moved to another store in Houston, so he can’t give any assistance. Here we are next to last day in July and now they tell me September… delivery isn’t yet scheduled. If past experience is the same, September will come and go and I still won’t have delivery. The manager of the store in Webster has no explanation other than supply chain. I understand those issues but they shouldn’t tell people one thing to make a sell and something different after no delivery in months. He offers me to come into the store to select something they do have in stock. I should expect what I purchased to be delivered, not months of delays or just come in and pick something we do have…really!! have spent significant $$$ at Ashley, they can confirm that. I have had the same experience with every purchase. Horrible experiences at Ashley Furniture and they don’t really care!
Went to find dining room chairs for my refinished antique table. Had a specific budget in mind. My salesperson made sure my needs were meet. He was professional and efficient. I feel he went above and beyond without being pushed. Can't wait for the delivery and set up. Thank you!
Chris Guy was an excellent Salesman. I had met him about a month ago when I came to the store. He was not pushy and not just trying to make a sale. I came back and had picked out the furniture I wanted and he made sure to inform me of the current sale which resulted in a great discount.
Run! Go anywhere else but here! Three months after our order we received all items except our bed. We found this out once the delivery was in our driveway. We accepted the order because we were promised the bed the following weekend.that didn’t happen and we couldn’t return the furniture They Lack communication and rescheduled 3 times on me after countless promises to deliver my furniture 5 months later. They would schedule a delivery window for my missing pieces only for me to call ten mins before the window ended to be notified they weren’t coming. Wish I would’ve went anywhere else but here. This was first and definitely my last purchase.
If you are looking for a furniture store that will stress you out completely and never have a answer for you.. look no further! From the very beginning, this has been an absolute nightmare. I bought items a month and a half earlier because I am aware of Ashley’s notorious delivery delays. Here we are the week of delivery and OF COURSE my delivery has been pushed back. The address on my order is wrong and when the customer service lines transfers me to a live agent they claim only the store can do something. All in between the month and a half. I would receive calls from the warehouse of delays and the store would always reassure me that wasn’t the case. No one is never on the same page with this company. Save yourself a headache go to American Furniture!!! They know how to run a business.
I saw their quality, and said nope.. on my way out my wife was coming in. The door greeter asked her, "How can I help you?" My wife said she's looking for her husband. Without hesitation, the greeter yelled out, "She's looking for a husband, hey everybody, she's looking for a husband." She had our 6 year old with her. I could hear the greeters sarcastic screeching from accross the showroom floor. I'm still shaking my head at how far customer service has devolved.
It was a very nice furniture store. It has a ton of variety. Our sales woman was excellent, knowledgeable and not pushy...which I appreciate. I didn't end up buying anything because my hubby was getting anxiety during our furniture shopping.
Sabu our salesman was great. We left with more than what we planned for! Our delivery came on time & early with no problems. Definitely recommend & love our new furniture!
