Came in ready to buy a chair and left with nothing. I was greeted by sales people at the door, who asked if I needed any help. I turned them down, and proceeded to browse. Turns out that was the wrong answer, I was followed throughout the store by two employees, who would not leave me alone. I don’t feel comfortable browsing and trying to compare prices if I have someone breathing down the back of my neck. Other customers in the store were mostly ignored, I’m not sure why I was being targeted but Bel, you need to retain your staff. After I had three conversations with the pair that all led to the request to let me browse, and I would come get them when needed, and they continued to follow me. The prices are pretty good, but it’s NOT worth the pushy salesmen.
I shared a negative review about my loveseat a few weeks ago. The management contacted me and said he would see what they could do about it. They came to look at it and the service man was able to fix it at our home. It looks so much better and my knees have support now! Thank you Rick and the service man.
Tyler was very attentive and professional not only to us, but also the other customers walking by. He was very apologetic when having to leave to assist other customers and very polite getting back to us in a timely manner. Tyler visual showed me the pricing and the step by step of what he we doing and double checking to assure my order and information was correct. He has definitely gained a loyal customer with my family. Keep up the amazing work!
I can’t believe what a horrible experience I’ve had shopping with this company. Lets first start with that they never delivered our furniture within the time frame they promised. We then had to pick it up ourselves from Katy. When we unpacked it not at all of our purchases where in there and one of them was a mismatching set. We were then told again to drive up to Katy to swap them out. When we asked if they could deliver it to us with the missing items they said yes. For the third time were being told to pick it up ourselves. I will never make another purchase here again.
My experience here was very pleasant and I would like yo share it with everyone. Went initially to just look around and ended up getting out with a new dinning set. The sales employee was GREAT, KIND and mainly PATIENT with me and my husband. Thank you once again ALMA for your great service!!! Please ask for her because she makes you feel welcomed and gives out the best advice for the purchase.
Jose greeted us when we entered the store. Asked if he could help us in anyway. We told him we were browsing. He said to let him know if he could answer any questions. We found what we wanted and he took immediate care of ringing us up. I liked that we weren’t followed around the store and was able to browse on our own. He also didn’t pressure us into purchasing the extra insurance. We also chose to not get it delivered. We were told to call the Katy location to let them know we were on our way so they could pull our order. I did that and was told that I had to show proof of who I was before they could pull the order. I understand showing proof upon pickup, but not having the order pulled didn’t make any sense to me. We arrived in Katy and was the only ones there so it took about 20 minutes of waiting. The lady who assisted us was very nice. We got our furniture home and set it up. There was one leg dining room chair that had a few small scratches on it, but not worth driving back to Katy or file a complaint. This is my second purchase with them and have never had any issues. I will be back.
Had an awesome visit to the Webster store this afternoon! The prices were absolutely incredible and the staff were amazing. Angel specifically was very helpful and walked the whole store with us to make sure our questions were answered and needs met. We were even offered water. The only thing that would have made our visit better is if the AC were working a bit better. It was a little hot! We’ll definitely be back!
Went for Black Friday shopping just too check out the deals and came out with a new dinning set for my home. Thank you Alma for your help. She made the process very smooth and was very much patient with me and my wife. Will definitely go back soon for a living room set now. Thank you once again Alma
My family was greeted immediately by Janie. The manager and his staff at this store were all attentive and professional, they even made fresh coffee for my husband while we decided on a purchase. I recommend this store for the service and for the large selection that is available much sooner than other furniture stores that aren't delivering for 90+ days before you receive your purchase. Thank you Janie and staff
Jose was amazing. He made our shopping experience fantastic. It was quick and easy. The management went above and beyond. Thank you Jose for making things happen for us. Our family will be enjoying many meals on our new dining set.
