Omg we had our daughters 6th bday party on 7/1/23. They have thee BEST STAFF! We literally didn’t have to raise a finger if we didn’t want to. They helped me get things out of my car for the party. They actual set up all the decorations, they served the food, cupcakes, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anybody!! First time ever tipping the staff for a child’s bday party. ~Donnetta~

I had my daughters birthday there and it was amazing! The staff was MORE than helpful. All I had to do was bring the party supplies and they made sure it was put together and taken down! They were more than helpful and kept all the kids entertained and busy the WHOLE party! Highly recommend!

Attended a birthday party here today as a guest. We have always been part of the ASI family but it was our first trip to the Rockwall location for a birthday party. The facility was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. What prompted me to write this review was the way the staff went above and beyond for the kids in attendance. Nick and Taylor were the hosts of our party tonight and immediately they learned each kids name and stayed engaged and interactive with age appropriate games. My daughter, Lucy, who is two and very much lives in her world and lives by the beat of her own drum. Taylor took Lucy under her wing several times throughout the party and was super inclusive and creative in getting Lucy to stay engaged with the group. My daughter never really requests to be with anyone, but by the time it came to sing happy birthday she was looking for her new found friend. It was super touching considering my child was not even the party kid. The hosts were just that awesome.

We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday at ASI in Rockwall and it was a fantastic experience! The kids had a blast and the service was phenomenal. The young men in charge of the party took care of just about every aspect of set up and clean up, as well as facilitating all of the fun games for the kids. As always, I was impressed with the professional, helpful, and well-mannered attitudes of all the employees at ASI.

We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday here yesterday, and it was the best experience! Coach Jayden and Coach Nung are PHENOMENAL and so great with the kids! They went above and beyond and did everything for us! They set up/cleaned up, they were engaging and had planned activities and games for the kids, cut the cake and passed out the cake/ice cream and even helped the birthday boy get closer to his cake when we was struggling to blow out his candles. It was also pretty impressive that they learned the kid’s names immediately! The whole party was amazing and I love how organized, helpful, and attentive these coaches were! They made sure my son’s day was so fun and made everything easy on us parents so we were able to enjoy the party! All of the kiddos had a blast! Highly recommended ASI for birthday parties!

We had my daughters 3rd birthday here and everyone was great. Kids had a fun time and the coaches made everything easy for us.

My daughter tried this because of a Groupon I found and it’s AWESOME! The coaches/staff are excellent and the environment is so fun! We will definitely continue to come here!

It was an amazing experience having a birthday party here. The coaches were unbelievably helpful with setting up the party and engaging the kids the entire party.
