This was the 1st time I have worked with a custom printing company in the Rockwall area. I am very satisfied with the work that Shawna and her staff at Rockwall Sports Center did with our t-ball DRI-fit shirts. She was a pleasure to work with. She was quick and efficient, easy to communicate with and she worked with us on pricing. The quality of her printing is spot on, I do believe the numbers and letters will last the entire t-ball season even in this hot summer weather. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to acquire custom printing and we look forward to doing business with her in the future!
I had an issue with my daughters culinary uniform. The uniform had the wrong name stitched onto it. So I took both the uniform and the receipt/invoice up there to have the issue fixed. The manager a guy with a beard accused me of lying, stating that I never got the uniform from there even though I have the receipt/invoice in my hand. He refused to hear me out and told me that if I left that uniform there he would just throw it away. The other lady’s working there tried to help with the issue several times but he shut them down immediately. Very unprofessional
Nice store. My kids are playing different sports this year, and they had everything I needed.
Rude and unpleasant! My first time entering that store picking up my son homecoming shirt and harshly acknowledge. It was made very clear I was not welcome in that store!
They are the epitome of what a business should be. Detail oriented, considerate, motivated, kind, and invested in the relationship with their customers. We ordered complex custom jerseys and the manufacturer had issues getting them done. KR worked tirelessly to ensure it was handled correctly and helped us with an interim plan till jerseys arrived. No matter how busy they are you never feel like a problem. They always make you feel wanted as a customer. I don’t usually write reviews but their level of effort deserves recognition.
This place is golden. I ordered a ten player roster of basketball uniforms and the process was absolutely a breeze from start to finish. They are extremely well organized and helpful. The turn over time was lightening fast and the quality is top notch. The service was always friendly and you really get a sense that they care about what they are doing. Coaching can be challenging but getting the uniforms together was so easy. Highly recommended! Thanks!
The absolute, best customer service that I have experienced in years! They had supplier / shipping issues and went above & beyond anything we ever expected to get us taken care of, even making sure that our son had a uniform in the interim. Best service, and we will continue to shop with them in the future.

What can I say other than AMAZING! The guy that helped me was awesome I think his name was Jarred. He got us taken care of and helped make some decisions we were on the fence about. Great selection of high end gear. It's worth the drive to be able to touch it, feel it, and buy it and not have to order online blind. A+ Great job!
Love all the different styles and gear they have got all schools!!!
