I went here for scaling and root planing in July. I was happy to hear the procedure would be done in one visit. I really liked the hygienist. She was so sweet, very gentle, excellent with the anesthesia, and was a great communicator. However, I would not recommend Aspen for periodontal treatment. I went to an actual periodontist today and after an extensive exam, he found that the cleaning I got in July was incomplete and he said it should not have been done in just one visit. So now I have to do it again, probably with laser treatment. I’m sure Aspen did what they could to the best of their ability, but if you have gum disease, I suggest you see a periodontist instead.
Everyone I met there was kind and full of smiles. Mara is excellent and a joy to work with. She is swift, efficient, and skilled. Dr. Nayyar went above and beyond to care for me. Having a complex rare medical condition, the doctor's attention to detail was impressive. Amber helped me though some decisions and didn't just give any answer to questions but got up and checked with the doctor to ensure accuracy. Overall Outstanding care and concern for what is best for my health and dental care.
The start of the appointment was just a few minutes delayed. The services rendered were exactly as had been explained. Taking the x-rays took a bit more effort than I anticipated about 4 extra tries to get a good image, but in the end there was a full set of teeth x-rays. The problem was quickly and expertly addressed. Follow-up appointment dates were plentiful enough that they could easily fit into my relatively busy schedule.
Great staff- was a little nervous as this was my first visit.. great warm welcome, x-ray tech/assistant GiGi was phenomenal getting me through all the x-rays- she put me completely at ease! Exam with dentist was thorough, & professional, & is getting me in within a week for a filling, A++ for this practice!!!
Extremely disappointed. They have rescheduled my appointments for months now. Everytime my appointment comes up they have an excuse to reschedule, they don't even call they send an email which I just happened to see on my way out the door to the appointment. I arrange my entire schedule around these appointments just to have them canceled last minute. My children are now months behind on their cleanings because of this. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. PS Aspen Dental if you see this... I'm still waiting for my call back to reschedule the appointment you canceled last minute.....
For myself, going into a dentist office usually gives me anxiety but with Aspen dental that anxiety disappears as soon as I start talking to any staff or the dentist herself. They are extremely friendly, are extremely informative on everything, and do their work with care. My dentist understands my anxiety and does anything to make me feel more comfortable, resulting me to always walk out with relief and a smile on my face. Genuinely would recommend to anyone looking for a dental office.
First time at Aspen. The staff and dentist seem nice, however like any other office I've gone to, it's very unaffordable. I purchased a discount plan, used my insurance and the fees for procedures are still ridiculous. Unfortunately I only qualify for a small amount on financing so I should have all my dental work done in 10 yrs or so
I have been going to Aspen Dental in Bedford for almost a year now. I love my dentist, Dr Mohan. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and she walked me through each step, always cognizant of me understanding what needed to be done, my feelings about what steps she was taking and in what order, and what the financial burden would be. I won't see anyone else!! She and the rest of her staff have made such a difference in how the world sees me and my smile!
Had 2 teeth filled both of them unable to be used for chilling for 3 weeks now I have been in pain and been back to the office and they assure me everything is right however I can't chew on either side and my gum is completely sore all the way up to my eye socket. They never mentioned that their oral surgeon is not covered by United Concordia at a Concordia so the "that gave me basically are not in network even though Aspen dental Bedford isn't network complete disaster for me. I have 4 replacement points the lasting ideas and infection in my teeth. Have to start all over with another doctor and now they're delaying the X-ray saying they have to go through corporate. Really a mess I need the x-rays going to the other dentist
Dr. Mohan and staff are awesome! They provide you with first class service! It was refreshing to valued as a person regardless of how embarrassed I was of my dental neglect from the last few years.
