I had gotten off my routine schedule. I made an appointment and they were able to get me right in because it had been so long! My hygienist was very friendly, knowledge and explained my areas of concern with an great knowledge. Meet the new owner for brief minute was very friendly and caring. Happy I made the appointment. Teeth feel wonderful and yes clean!!!
Dr. Persha is very easy to talk to and is knowledgeable and experienced. He is genuinely concerned about your oral health and has followed up with me by phone the day after a visit on several occasions. I have moved an hour away from his office and am willing to drive back for my dental visits because I am afraid I won't find a dentist in my new area that gives me the same sense of comfort and confidence as Dr. Persha.
Let me start off by saying going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. I have a hard time trusting anyone. 11 years ago I found this place through a recommendation of a coworker. I instantly felt taken care of. At one point the hygienist held my then newborn while I got a filling. As time went on I fell off schedule and routine and moved further away. I saw random dentists when I had an issue and just never felt "home". Fast forward years later, I moved closer and started going back. There's a new dentist and I wasn't sure how I would feel about him because I didn't know him. But after a few years of putting off a crown on a root canal that was done 18 years ago, we weren't even sure if the tooth could be saved so it was now or never. Not only did they make me feel at ease with the procedure, they did their best to keep me comfortable, drew me pictures and walked me through each step and provided options. They even called to check up on me afterwards. And can I just say - if you're not sure or even slightly dislike the dentist - give them a shot. Every single hygienist seems to enjoy their job and be really knowledgeable. And even the office ladies are helpful and kind. I never feel like they're just "out to make a buck." So do your mouth a favor and call!
Dr. Persha is the best dentist. He is good spirited, very thorough, caring and personable. I am not fond of going to dentist but his entire practice team made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr. Persha and team!
I woke up with a chipped tooth! I was going out with friends the next day. I called the office and they were kind enough to get me an appointment that same day. Great Dental practice, everyone is friendly, professional and do a GREAT job!! The original Dentist retired and his replacement is FANTASTIC! Called me to make sure my tooth issue was good Not many professionals do that anymore!! A+ practice in EVERY way!! The BEST in Bedford!! ALWAYS a great experience!!!
Dr Persha and his staff are welcoming, caring, professional and thorough; so glad I have a dentist I can trust will take great care of my pearly whites!
I love my hygienist she was very professional, warm and friendly and I liked her very much. Did a great job of the periodontal cleaning and the staff were very nice. I think the dentist is also very good and well qualified .
I have pretty severe TMJ and visiting the dentist can be a hard and painful experience. I am SOOO appreciative of how Dr. Persha and entire staff treated me during my visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and even though I need to take short breaks to calm my jaw, I never felt rushed. The team also made sure to answer all my questions and ensure I left feeling good about my smile!
The hygienist was very nice. I did end up buying a water pick from them that I have to say is next to useless. It has a water reservoir that only hold enough water to clean one tooth, then refill and the size and weight of the unit is ergonomically painfully heavy. I would return it but need to give them a call. For $80. Dollars....not a good product, even free it would be to heavy and painful to use. Too big.
Excellent dentist and staff! They always are professional, explain procedures, and are gentle and friendly. Highly recommend!
