I consistently have a good experience with Dr. T and her staff. The news she gave me wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but she explained everything clearly and said she respected whatever decision I would make. She is an excellent listener!
I always feel taken care of here. Dental surgeries/procedures can be unsettling however the Bedford periodontal team and Dr. Tsamtsouris have been the best. They truly care about each of their patients individually and you never leave the office with doubt.
I needed a periodontal surgery and I had it done by Dr. T. It was very scary because it was an operation to open my gums that I'd never had before, but the operation itself didn't hurt at all, the doctor and her assistant made me very comfortable and explained the whole process in an easy way to understand. Ten days after the gum surgery, I removed the stitches and now I have no pain. After gum surgery, I knew that my teeth could become sensitive, but I had no such symptoms. I think the surgery was perfect, I trust her and highly recommend her!
I had a great experience here. The hygienist was excellent. This was the first time I had here having been a client for several years. She might be new. Her name is Janet and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and made suggestions for improved dental care. I was very impressed with her.
I have been going to Bedford Periodontal for several years. Dr Tsamtsouris and her staff are very skilled, competent, courteous and honest. They have taken excellent care of me and I highly recommend them.
Everybody there acts professionally. Dr. TSAMTSOURIS is a great periodontist but the price of dental work is extremely high. It is hard a retired folks to afford: my husband and I at any rate. We do go there though because of Dr. Tsamtsouris’s skills. So I am certain implants or the like will be done properly. Possibly all periodontists
The team at Bedford Periodontal is Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had two operations done over the past few months with Bedford Periodontal, and they have been nothing but flawless. I got calls the night of both of my surgeries, asking how I was, and the staff is always helpful when I had questions. Whenever I go into the office, I’m welcomed by my first name. They know who I am and it makes me feel so comfortable to go to the office. I never once have felt uncomfortable getting oral work done here. If I need any dental work, I am going to come back to Bedford Periodontal.
My most recent experience at Bedford Periodontal was typical of my experiences over the past fifteen plus years. The professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by Dr. Tsamsouris and staff was exemplarily during my cleaning appointment.
I had my first bone graft with Dr. Tsamtsouris, she is very knowledgeable and kind with enough patient to explain any concerns. The surgery went very well with little or no pain! The heal will be followed up and hope it will be positive result! The front desk Mr Pam and assistant Mr Cat are both nice and always smiles to visitors! SO far everything is great!
Cynthia Tsamtsouris D.M.D was very helpful in explaining what was happening with my teeth I appreciate that. Her office girls and her assistant were very nice and helpful.
