This is based on my experience with Dr. Shark and his people about 10 years ago give or take. I went in for a cleaning and to see if I had any issues and they told me I had ar least 6 cavities or more and they all needed to be filled. They tried to sell me on a cost over over $1000.00 and were very pushy. It has been years and I have been to many dentists since then for cleaning and until last year I did not have not even 1 cavity. Last year I had my first cavity and my first filling. It is peculiar to me. I cannot trust this type of business. I know my teeth did not magically repair themselves.
I just have to say Dr. Khalil is amazing. I was having a bit of anxiety I’m not sure I realized I was having and she was just so awesome and talked to me through the whole process and made me feel extremely comfortable. All the staff is sweet and friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I never do reviews but after my experience I have to say good job and I look forward to continuing my care with y’all. Thank you.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DENTAL OFFICE! First of all I waited for over an hour to even be seen for my appointment. Next they had me wait another hour just to let me know that I wasn't going to get my dental cleaning . I was not informed this on the phone when the appointment was made mind you, and I set up for X-rays in a dental cleaning. A total waste of my day.. then this company is notorious for trying to nickel and dime you to get extra services that you absolutely do not need. On top of that the staff is extremely rude and very unfriendly. I would highly recommend you not to visit this location as it is not a place for anyone especially if you have insurance that you have to visit. Unless you have no other option to visit for a dental location this would be your last resort
DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL TREATMENT. Aspen Dental Bryant, AR Please read the reviews. My husband and I went for a second opinion regarding dental work. They explain the dental treatment plan needed which was very different from what we were receiving. According to their X-rays, they made it seem as if we needed an extensive amount of treatment. Which our prior dentist did not show. We were faithful in going to our appointments and getting the cleaning at our current dentist. We receive our treatment plan that showed an extensive cost out of pocket expense which was also strange. We have never had to pay that much money out of pocket. So we called the insurance company ourselves for verification and they also confirmed the out-of-pocket expense was incorrect. We tried to have a 3-way call with the dentistry and insurance company to clear up any confusion. The billing consultant office manager at the dentistry did not want to talk with us and the insurance company. The billing consultant became rude and said he was canceling our appointment and HUNG UP the phone in our faces because we were questioning their pricing and overcharges. This is poor customer service and should have been handled more professionally. They deserve a 0/10.
Went for appointment last week and they said systems were down. No contact with me at all when i call it is recording saying they are working again but no phone service. They were supposed call and reschedule me. When i try to schedule online it wont let me. They all have cell phones and could call and get people back in for appointments. I have already paid them money and its been 3 weeks since i was supposed to come in.
If i could give 0 stars I would. First thing is I show up for a cleaning and they failed to inform me that their hygienist is out to get her daughter a learners permit, and would "hopefully be in soon". My appointment should have reschedule for this reason instead of wasting my time. Second, they try to sell you every little thing that they can tack on and charge your insurance for. When you refuse the extra things that you the customer deem as unnecessary, they basically tell you to hit the road. The staff and especially the "office manager", who is just a glorified sales man, are very unprofessional and rude. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.
My husband recently visited this establishment for an extraction.... He will NOT be returning. The dentist that did his work was extremely rough. He complained and told her that she was hurting him during the procedure and he was ignored. She was so rough that when she finally got the tooth out some of his gums were still attached to the tooth. It took me a few hours to stop the bleeding once we got home. When I was finally able to look inside his mouth, I could see the part of his gums where she ripped them out. Had I known that's what she did before we left that office i would have demanded that they fix it! I still can't understand why they only sent him home with ibprophen. I'm pretty sure she saw the damage that she administered after she was done. She just let him leave like everything was perfect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANY DENTAL WORK!!! A few days later and he can only eat soft foods mashed potatoes, and soup. We haven't even received a follow up call asking how he was feeling.
0 stars if it would let me. Worst experience I've ever had at a dentists office. HE ALMOST PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH!!! It was very painful when he did get to the right tooth and charged me almost two hundred dollars more than they initially said with out explaining why it was more and they got very mad when I confronted them about it. Not only are they incompetent, they are very rude and hateful. I've been to an aspen dental in little rock and it was fine, but I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. Go here at your own risk.
The staff at the Bryant, AR was very professional, considerate, prompt and friendly. Everyone i encountered made me feel like the experience of dental work to be not so bad. The level of treatment i received every step of the way made me feel like a person and that my level of comfort for the whole visit made being there actually quite pleasant.
From check in to check out was a delightful experience! Everyone from front to back was professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide! Positive energy throughout the whole process!
