I greatly appreciate the time and care the folks at Aspen Dental take to make sure I have a comfortable experience when I go. I have gone to other dentists and hygienists where they pushed on my teeth to floss granted my teeth are tight, can't help it, born that way. Folks at Aspen Dental have never once pushed on my teeth and I have been quite comfortable throughout the appointment session.
After having to reschedule because they scheduled me on a Friday and apparently there is noone available on Fridays, I rescheduled a cleaning for a later date. I drove 45 miles for my appointment and when I arrived they wanted to charge me $190 before I could be seen. I asked why the amount and they wanted to charge me for extras and refused to do a basic cleaning unless I paid for x-rays. I am very disappointed with their service. I can't say I wasn't warned...
New to Ottumwa and needed to establish a dentist so i scheduled exam/cleaning and took some time off work to go. When I got there my apt had been canceled without my knowledge because I didn't reply to their automated text reminder that was sent the day after I scheduled my apt.
Very nice and helpful. They did a great job and I was very happy with the results
I have not been to Aspen Dental for 5 years. Back then, I got upper and lower dentures. The lower denture never fit properly, which lead to me not wearing it at all. I wasn't very happy with the upper denture either, but settled for what I got because it was going to be a complete hassle to get new ones made. Today, I returned to Aspen Dental. I have to say, I was treated better this time around! The staff were very informative and cordial. Doctor listened to my issues and I mean really listened! I will be getting new dentures soon! YAY! Shawna was also very helpful in explaining our financials and making it much easier for us to afford!
TERRIBLE. ZERO STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. ASPEN DENTAL OTTUMWA, IA WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. They rescheduled our sons' appointment didn't even contact us, drove 30 miles with gas at $4.50 per gallon had no reason why they canceled. Told us they were having phone issues. Funny, when I called I had zero problems getting through. Ask to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me and of course she didn't give me her name. They don't appreciate their patients time or money. Lost money on a wasted trip and missed time from work because ASPEN didn't have common courtesy to call. Joke of a dental office.
They fixed my fillings after my old dentist messed them up. They also helped me with my bill when I didn't have dental insurance and they send reminder emails. Everyone is kind, the chairs are comfortable, and they try to make you comfortable while you wait.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental. The staff was real friendly and it is a pleasant environment. I am super pleased with my dentures and anytime I have an issue the staff are very helpful.
I'm very happy with your service. My appointment was very fast. I've never gotten that great of service in my life. You repaired my teeth in less that two hours. You gave me time to do some shopping. When I returned my teeth were finished. WOW!!! Your price of your service was also fantastic. I'll be your patient forever. And last, your workers are out of this world and so friendly. Love you all. Wow I had 1st consultation & new dentures within a week. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone !!!
