I have to put one star to post but they deserve none. They only care about money and do not explain things to you. They removed 4 teeth, breaking another one in the process. They pulled 2 teeth on each side not telling me how much pain I would be in nor the difficulty of eating. I didn't know. They were rough and would not set me another apt unless I paid 60% of my care plan which was 6,000. But they had no problem removing 4 teeth and breaking another one which I also lost thanks to them. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN. HORRIBLE PLACE
Called and asked if they did wisdom tooth removal and they said YES. Asked when the soonest available appointment was and they assured me that I could be seen as a walk in the same day. I told them I would be driving 45 mins so I wouldn’t be there for about an hour. They said it was fine and could still get me in. I get there and the woman was EXTREMELY rude. I told her I had just called and was told to come in and she said “oh well we can’t see you but we’ll schedule you an appointment” … then said they don’t even deal with wisdom teeth. And if I’m not mistaken she was the one I talked with on the phone. A complete waste of my time and gas!!! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing ! I’m in so much pain and now frustrated!!
I was very impressed by my experience at Aspen Dental. I had a chipped tooth bonded and the dentist was very meticulous to insure the look and feel was just right. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and professional.
They were wonderful. They took excellent care of me. I'm 71 and never have I had a good experience at the dentist until this morning. They took the time to explain things about my dental health. I'm very appreciative. I thought I had had a great experience until the pain became almost unbearable last night. I called the emergency number this morning thinking maybe I had a dry socket. Never got a call back. I'm certainly not trolling for drugs, but these have been two of the most painful days of my life. Never heard of a dental office where pain management wasn't apart of a patient's care plan.
I have been thru hell 2 surgeries since 2/23 I can't take much more I need Aspen to fix my dentures every thing I eat hurts it's hell hell hell I wish I would have never had my teeth pulled I feel no one feels my pain
Second appointment they had to reschedule last minute. Done with them. For what it’s worth, they do great work when they honor their commitments. However, they don’t value your time. Find someone more dependable. Or play Russian roulette with them and hope your appointment is honored.
Aspen Dental accommodated appointment with my work schedule. Got me in and out within an hour and half. Most importantly fixed issues with prior fillings done months ago elsewhere. I was able to eat and enjoy a meal since November 29th 2022 with little to no pain. To say the least great environment and very clean. Thanks Aspen Dental look forward to all future appointments!!! The best experiences I've had at the dentist. Dr. Gates is wonderful! Complete professional with a gentle and caring personality. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10 A++
My mom 88 had a tooth pulled yesterday. The visit was wonderful from start to finish. Smiling face and great attitudes. Everyone was very professional, at the same time very down to earth and understanding. No problem, mom's tooth was out, no pain at all. Thank you Aspen Dental! We will be back anytime we have a tooth need.
Dr. Young and Price made my teeth exactly like I wanted. I can’t put into words how good they look. I told them exactly what I wanted done and they made it happen. Their staff was super awesome as well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
