I've been going here for 6 years and when i first started they were excellent. I don't know what happened but last time i was supposed to get a clean they told my mom the appointment wasn't confirmed via email than when we went today they said we have to reschedule because they don't have a dental hygienist.... they say the "called" we didn't receive one so why not email like y'all have been doing. I also have had work done like maybe a year or two ago and they hit the nerve in my tooth so now it causes a little bump to appear on my gum they also said we have to pay in order to get it fix. If i could leave a zero i would.

I have been a patient here for years. When I showed up for my appointment they said I didn't have one. They had sent me a long text about filling out forms before the appointment, and I had not read all the way to the bottom where it said to respond or my appointment would be canceled. When I discovered this and told them, they said "that happens to a lot of our patients." Why not FIX it instead of letting more patients waste their time and gas to show up and find out they were canceled??? Just send a short text saying you need to confirm the appointment. Send a separate text about filling out forms.

Wife and I started here spring 23, learned Dr Spicer is aggressive, meaning if she sees a potential problem, she wants to fix it today, which I like; but she admits the insurance is not her concern, so you will pay covered or not. Also, office consistently for 2 months underestimated ins pay so we over paid several months and have been asking for our $1,000 refund for 2 months.

I was a regular patient but this most recent time when I went everybody in the back was brand new even the girl up front was new and the service was very poor they did not treat me at all. They're going to charge my insurance and I received no actual care.

The dental hygienist was professional and thorough. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment . I had some dental work done at a different appointment and was impressed with the amount of care and concern for my comfort while the procedure was done. I will definitely be back in 6 months and will encourage other family members to visit Dr Pough and staff.

i've been coming to this place for about 5/6 possibly even 7 years. Customer service WAS phenomenal. One dental assistant even held my hand during treatment because my anxiety was through the roof. The girls have Made me laugh, Made me Cry and made me smile a whole lot. Sang happy birthday to me one year.... Until 2021.... Maybe covid had an impact on the atmosphere of the establishment. Dr. Miranda left and even tho he had the personality of a stick, it is still better than what I deal with today. The customer service is HORRIBLE chairside manor is horrendous. Dr Pough does not listen to her patients concerns... I called to cancel and appointment and was hung up on because I said OK... No questions were asked about rescheduling it, not even a good bye !! Will not recommend this office to ANYONE ever again!!!

I put off my health-care and dental care in college and then put my career first for years. I finally made an appointment at this establishment due to a recommendation. I found everyone courteous and professional. They completed all much needed work and did not ask about times I've been to the dentist which I greatly appreciated because it helped with the anxiety I initially had. I would recommend this establishment.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Dr. Pough and her team is! We have been taking our son there for the last year or two now, but today my 6 year old went in for a filling and an extraction today… Needless to say, he was MUCH less than thrilled. Everyone was so patient, so gentle with him as a patient and us as parents. They are all around a wonderful group to visit, both for adults and children. Would recommend a thousand times over!

I get very nervous going to see the dentist. Crystal was amazing. She helped me get through my exam and was very compassionate and understanding. Dr. Patel was great also. I thought all the staff were fantastic. They took care of my children's exams with ease and professionalism that was outstanding. My children are still talking about how nice the office staff is. I would recommend this office to anyone, especially if you are like me and get very nervous going to the dentist. Wonderful staff. A great experience.
