I had a bone graft that I didn't need. At a cost of $1,000 dollars .I went back to talk to them I didn't demand any compensation but my dentist said she would have the finacial person take some of the bill . They never took anything of the bill.So I was lied to or at least put off so I would forget about it. Very unprofessional. The total bill was $1500 dollars and I found out I was overcharged by $390 dollars. I had the paperwork from my insurance company with all the medical codes and the maximum they were supposed to charge. They said oh we have our own prices we don't go by that. My insurance company said by accepting my card that they were supposed to not overcharge me on the coded procedures. At the least they should have informed me of that from the beginning so I could the have a choice to go elsewhere. Also I was sent the usual please give us a review of your visit email.and when I attempted to give my review it said that I already did it . Good way to get all good reviews. On a positive note the dentist and hygienist were very nice to me.
The staff at Aspen were fantastic. I called about a cracked tooth and was seen the next morning. They made sure I was taken care of. They went over and beyond attending to my needs and concerns. Best staff, surgeons, doctors and clearly have put the needs of their patients first. Thank you very much.
First time at the dentist in a very long time I have had severe anxiety over dentists and actually have never had a good experience in my life besides one doctor. I went to Aspen in Methuen and they were amazing. Genuine, considerate and made me feel at ease!
Always a great visit. Even when you call to make an appointment the girl is so sweet and nice. Very clean and enjoyable! I actually look forward to going to the dentist! The Drs are always so patiently answering my many questions!
Aspen Dental in Methuen are very professional and thorough. I’ve had services from a root canal to teeth cleaning with very clear instructions and solid tooth care all the way. They’re attentive to your needs and treat you as a patient not a number knowing individual pain thresholds. I always feel looked after. Drs Kaur and Murphy are kind professionals with a lovely staff supporting the dental practice. I’d recommend them in a heart beat.
Currently dealing with my 5th reinfection of the same tooth after paying over 3000 dollars for a root canal and fake tooth that was clearly not done correctly. Have gone back twice for this same tooth and they refuse to fix it. I get antibiotics and I'm told to contact the Endodontist that perform the original root canal. I've tried but they don't take my insurance and won't guarantee there won't be a charge. I had the procedure done with Aspen Dental at a Aspen Dental office. Aspen Dental should fix it but everytime I've inquired basically told its not their problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to feel ripped off. Also they had me open a Dental First Credit Card to finance it. They never told me it was an Aspen Dental Only Credit Card. Super misleading.
First time going to Aspen Dentist and from beginning to end the experience and treatment of the staff was phenomenal, everyone was so nice and the way they make their patients feel comfortable and thorough exam I had a great experience and I am highly considering switching dentist now
Aspen Dental in Methuen is a five star organization. Not only is the entire staff compassionate and professional the office manager understands insurances and finances and was able to assist me with payment options thank you all for a great experience
5 Stars for the Exceptional and Professional Services provided during my visit yesterday. Oral Surgeon and Staff were very comforting.
Dr June did her Magic with those Talented Fingers and Hands of hers, only to give me the Comfort that I needed to enjoy my meals again.. Thank you very much for people like her and fellow Dr.s
