Really mixed experience with each visit. 2 teens with braces, so paying this place a lot of money. I’ve had dreadful experiences trying to book online. My appointments have been canceled & then not on the system when we arrive. However, I’ve found the office staff helpful and easy to interact with. It is always busy and we’ve gone a couple of months without being seen. Which is unacceptable when they charge you monthly & expect you to visit. But again, when we are seen the staff are very nice.
Love the place. Especially diamond braces in Nanuet Spring Valley. I love the service and the time they spend with you there’s a lady there name Anna Szydlo she’s very caring very respectful. I love going there because of her.
Please do your due diligence in researching this company. I've paid a total of $2500 the past 10 months and was informed by my dentist that I need to stop treatment because I'm at risk of losing my bottom tooth, something which DB neglected to share during my follow up. You would think that because this is the case and I cannot continue treatment that partial money of the total $4500 would be deducted but I was told that the actual bill now increased from $4500 to $5000 because I'm now using my insurance to cover some of the costs, something which of course is not stated in the contract. You cannot make this up- my insurance stated they paid out $2000 and they are claiming that they have not received anything but yet are increasing my final cost from $4500 to $5000 because I'm using my insurance- DESPITE the fact that I cannot continue treatment on my bottom teeth. My dentist flat out told me couldn't believe they continued treatment after seeing my gums and shared the right course of treatment would've been to change trays every two weeks for my bottom teeth. Luckily I have lawyer/paralegals in my family so I will be suing this company which will be easy because if you look at this location specifically, they have had issues with non license people working. Stay clear and stay away- I actually work locally and had recommend students here and am currently following up with their families to make sure they do not do this to their teeth and their pockets. Mariana was helpful but the current manager Anne has no clue what she is doing and Kate and Samantha at Corporate have been unsupportive and flat out unresponsive. If you've had a similar situation please do not take this lying down and pursue your options- trust me, it's worth it.
This office have done a huge improvement on my children's teeth. I would recommend getting your braces done here, especially Annie was nice and the whole team helping me out. All the doctors there are amazing. They are flexible and work with your schedule and if you come late, they will work around it. I have been working with them for 8 years and they have amazing service. We are still using them. We drive from Albany county to Spring Valley and I would hope they would open an office in Albany County so they would be closer to us. I appreciate Diamond Braces service and I love their service. They are a great team.
got my orthodontics treatment done back in April 2022 after 2 years the day that I got my braces remived clearly the same day during the night one of my tooth crown fell out and when I called the office they told me they can’t do anything for me because my treatment was done and to go and look for a regular dentist since my treatment was over I was not a patient with DIAMOND BRACES ANYMORE since then I’ve been through a lot A LOT What i went through cant explain, now this is 4 moNths after and I got a new bridge because the crown was totally lost and involved my thooth as well damaged by the pressure of the braces the customer service, headquarters, managers and staff wont even help THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER i know its cheaper than other places but trustme if you have bridges/crowns or damaged teeth do not go here after the braces are taking off they just wash their hands collect their money and called a day
Have to give "Anna" a five star for her professional service. I arrived way earlier to my appointment, she didnt recited on accommodating me to see the DR. She's always professional and listen to you.
DO NOT GO HERE! They are the worst on all levels. The entire staff is very unprofessional and can’t keep my accounts straight. Make sure you check your billing statement closely and frequently. They transfer, add and adjust without notice or warning with no explanation. Recently, the billed me $300 to replace a retainer that they failed to install in correctly. I was told I wouldn’t be billed for it, but then months later the charge was added to my account. Also, make sure you document EVERYTHING! If you’re having issues, you can file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I did.
To get someone on the phone is by far the worse experience I have ever had. And to try & get a Saturday appointment. Well, good luck with that also... On top of, if your even seen monthly for your adjustments. To reschedule your appointment, takes me over 20min to do.
Came in for my 6 month check up with invisilign and i already love the way my teeth look!! Michelle is amazing and answered all of my questions! Everyone here is very welcoming and super nice! Highly recommend!
overall this place has very good service, friendly employees, and they’re quick at doing their job. I would recommend everyone to go to Diamond Braces
