I really appreciate Dr Voigt & his staff. They helped me with an urgent ear problem. His medical assistant is very kind & friendly. Dr. Voigt is very calm & reassuring, he diagnosed my condition & answered all my questions.

I've been a patient of this practice for several years. Dr. Voigt is a great physician; he's very professional and purposeful with his evaluations and treatments. The administrative and support staff at this clinic isn't great. Unless you ask about what/who you're waiting for, you're likely to be left to wait without any timeline. I just spent 2 hours there, and 1.5 hours of that was just waiting. There was hardly any communication re: how long I should expect to wait. But of course, this review won't make a difference: If they're in-network for you, you'll go there and get good medical care. Just be warned that you should either free up your time, or be ready to question/advocate for yourself with the staff.

This place has been fine for the most until the hire of a recent nurse who handles all allergy shots. I thought I was the only one that seemed like she was being completely unprofessional but when I was sitting here in the waiting room today for my allergy shot, she went off on another client yelling in a condescending matter and just talking behind the patients back to a coworker RIGHT IN FRONT of them when they were standing at the front desk. I don’t understand how management can continue condoning such behavior as I’m positive this has happened to someone else in the past since I’ve witnessed it first hand myself and another client. Actually surreal, because it makes the atmosphere totally uncomfortable for other patients.

Awesome! Not merely the doctor, Dr. Stanley Voight, but also every single staff member 7 I interacted with, were outstanding in every way. From the warmth of greeting of me a stranger, the speed of being assisted, and the skill and caring of Dr. Voight, all provided me with a comfortable and caring experience.

If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Voigt is legitimately the worst doctor I have ever seen. After taking an allergy test and writing down the results, I was told he was "busy with other patients," and would have to make a follow-up appointment, AKA fork-over another co-pay. Was then told he was out of the office and would have to wait 10 days. On my follow-up virtual appointment, I was left waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation, no apology from the doctor. He spent literally 4 minutes with me to explain my results. But they got another co-pay and another opportunity to bill my insurance. So it was a good day for them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Voight’s approaching 5 years. I see him on an annual basis to discuss the reevaluation results of my allergy skin tests. Each visit is very helpful with questions and concerns clearly addressed. However, the majority of my interaction is with the office staff. I cannot sing the highest of praises! My experiences have been to the highest degree of professionalism while making my visits personal, as well!

Really liked Dr Nathan- I thought he was very empathetic and knowledgeable

I had tonsillitis/strep 30+ times in 4 years after my son started school. Dr. Voigt recommended a tonsillectomy but accurately advised me of the challenges of having one as an adult. I found his beside manner to be calming, while also being honest and upfront with pros and cons of the surgery. The surgery went well. However, after 10 days, I had an arterial bleed, which is a semi-common side effect and in no way related to his surgical skills. I called the office on call number at 730am on a Saturday. Dr. V called me back immediately and advised me to go to the hospital and he would meet me there. I arrived, they were expecting me, he was there and I was in surgery immediately. It was scary for me and my wife/kid, but again Dr. V's bedside manner and calm confidence made all the difference for me and for them. I have fully recovered and feel great. I'm thankful to Dr. V for his bedside manner, expertise and would highly recommend him. Only advice: Avoid the Walker location. Parking is no good.

Everyone at this practice is exceptionally friendly and patient with answering all questions.

Had two visits in there Walker LN office with Dr Nathan for my Ear infection in early Jan '17. Overall not satisfied with the provided care and finally after two appointments I need to change my ENT specialist and move to another Practice. The really shocker was the bill which was exaggerated and cost much higher then expected without providing serious care. I called them once to understand the bill amount but that day Office/billing manager was not in the office, so instead of having courtesy to call me back they they send my bills to collection agency which really sounds very unprofessional and may hurt my financial history. My 2 cents, if you can avoid then avoid this place. I felt that I completely wasted my money, time and get below average care.
