I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Santiago. I’ve moved around quite a bit and seen many providers, and she is by far the best OB/GYN I’ve ever gone to. Dr. Santiago really listens and is extremely compassionate. I’ve been brushed off about painful exams in the past and had some extremely bad experiences that left me anxious about annual exams. But she is definitely a breath of fresh air. When we had to change insurance, she was the one provider I checked coverage with when choosing a new plan. Very grateful to have found such a caring doctor.
Dr. Santiago is the most amazing doctor and person I’ve come to know and love. She is always professional, kind and sincere when it comes to my care. She recently performed my surgery and ensured I was well taken care of during the entire process. I had some challenges going in but she went well above her time and resources to make sure my after care was safe and pain free. I’m so grateful for her. I’ve had other Gynecologists that ignored my concerns, she did the opposite. Referred me to specialist when needed to rule out any and all concerns. The staff is wonderful and very polite. I would recommend her over and over if asked!
I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Santiago. She never makes our appointments feel rushed and takes the time to listen to any concerns. She is very genuine and brings a comforting presence while also being excellent at what she does. Highly recommend her!
This doctor was biased against my culture and religion. She was mean-spirited, and her comments were uncalled for.
Not sure why another doctor's review shows up for Dr. Jennifer Santiago, but I want to let others know what an outstanding practitioner Dr. Santiago has been for me. To those who say she is "irresponsible", because she referred someone else, to me, the fact that she would do so rather than schedule so far into the future shows me her professional integrity. To those who praise her, I agree 100%. Clearly, Dr. Santiago is a valuable doctor in this practice and one that I count on for my health. Thank you.
Dr Santiago is an excellent clinician. She delivered both of my children and the first I had major complications. She was extremely knowledgeable and advised me on my 2nd pregnancy which eliminated any future complications. She is not only great with the clinical she has wonderful bedside manner she made me calm and I felt I could be honest and straight forward with her.
Dr. Santiago is very irresponsible. She offered us an interpreter and didn’t mention there was a $25 charge for that. Aside from that, the staff was really nice.
Worst practice ever. They do not care about your problems, do not respond and show no compassion. Don't make my mistake and find yourself forced to change practice at 28 weeks pregnant. Find a professional place to go.
Great place! People are super nice! Said hi, even if they weren't working with me! Friendly smiles helps so much, as I was going because I was a little nervous. Dr. Pham put me at ease and assured me there was nothing too crazy going on. Which I really needed. Clean office. Total time there was probably just over an hour, but it was my first visit. I always would assume an hour with any appointment anyway so that was fine. It included filling out papers, taking all the statsweight, height, PB, talking to the doctor, actual exam, AND blood being drawn at the end. That was awesome, because you can do it right there in house! Cuts down on overall time spent in doctors offices, and results time! I will definitely be going back!
Dr. Santiago is a competent professional and takes the time to get to know her patients. I feel comfortable talking to her on very sensitive issues and trust her judgement.
