Dr. Roberts is great! Dr.Williams ended up delivering my baby! Both were great! They listened to your concerns and can't wait for our next baby!
I am so thankful for Dr. Roberts and his whole team for helping me deliver my beautiful baby girl! Tessa at the beginning of my pregnancy was so kind and made me feel super comfortable with all the uncomfortable things I had to do at the beginning! Mary Helen at the middle to end of my pregnancy was super knowledgeable about any questions I had and when I had a complication during my pregnancy she was on top of it, making sure all the correct measures were taken to keep me and baby healthy! Shannon who did all my ultrasounds was so amazing. She not only made me feel super comfortable but always made the experience so fun and exciting even though she sees probably hundreds of babies on the ultrasound she acted so excited and sweet during each session I’m not sure of the name of the nurse who took my blood but she was AMAZING! she was super quick each time and they were not painful at all! Probably the best blood draws I’ve ever had! All the ladies who did my intakes and blood pressure each visit were soooo kind and friendly! I never felt uncomfortable and they remembered little details about me/the baby each visit, which made me feel like they truly cared about me. And last but not least Dr. Roberts was the absolute best Dr. I could have asked for to deliver my first baby! He is so funny and so kind! He made sure I was taken care of and safe! My delivery went perfectly with his care and I will forever recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for an awesome OB! Thank you all so very much!
This obgyn office if by far the worst I have ever been too. I came here with my 6th pregnancylast I expressed how I had group b strep with all my children and had to have antibiotics and dr. Roberts just wrote it in the records and shrugged it off. they did the gbs testing at 34 weeks even 11/15/2021for whatever reason called the office thy are done at 36 weeksin the records they put in for another test 11/29/2021 but never did it while I was in office that day. Fast forward go to hospital they decide to induce for out o control gestational diabetes but he never checked my diabetes at all in the office. He came in and broke my water with covid nurse tells me 20 minutes after he walks out of the room he wont be returning to deliver my son because he has covid but when doctor Williams walks in he LIES and says he had a family emergency!my son was born with group b strep, sepsis, pneumonia in nicu for a month because I wasn't properly diagnosed or treated for group b strep. Fast forward to discharging me I made several complaints of stomach pain to nurses and not being able to stand up straight as I felt something was wrong. they kept telling me I was fine it was because I had already had so many children. 3 hrs. after discharge I was readmitted through the emergency department with a bad infection and spent another 4 days in the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!! and don't want a generic apology response either!!! just WARNING all the mommas out there be careful who you trust with you and your babies lives.
Recently started using Dr.Roberts and he has been nothing but awesome. I have been battling doctors for 2 years to help me and he was the only one to help. His nurse Paige is amazing too. I had a lot of questions after my procedure and she was able to help me so much. Highly recommend this office !!
I’m currently an OB transfer and a new patient. My provider is Dr. Roberts!! He is incredibly sweet, funny and very intelligent! He cares a TON for his patients and he doesn’t rush you out of the door like some doctors. I’m due in July and cannot wait for Dr. Roberts to deliver my son! I trust that I’m in good hands! I also want to brag on Dr. Sanders which is who was on call for Dr. Roberts tonight.. she answered every question, concern, and even gave me some guidance on when to go to the hospital. Love love love this office!!! I really hope my experience doesn’t change and it stays great!! I don’t wanna switch back. I love the staff! The receptionists are so sweet as well. I also really like the couches in the waiting room! 100% recommend!
Not impressed. Where to start: 1. I had three separate blood tests done, 2 for HCG levels and 1 for a work-up and I NEVER received a call like I was told I would on the results from those. I had to wait and ask when I came in for the first two results for next visits, I still haven't received the third. 2. I called in about an issue I was having and was brushed off as if it was a non issue and then come in because it is an issue and I was never even told what the issue was even though I asked, multiple times. I had to google the issue once it was uploaded to my patient chart-that is extremely unprofessional. 3. My insurance was never billed and I was told it was a patient issue but my insurance never even received the bill and after spending time on the phone with both my insurance AND the Billing office it was resolved. I won't be coming back, don't treat your patients as if they are just money-our concerns are valid and deserve being heard. Especially for first time moms.
Every time I'm at this office I wait well over an hour. Last time I was informed that the doctor had an emergency after I was roomed and would call me. I totally understand that emergencies happen...I do have 3 children. They charged me the office visit and the doctor never called. I contested it and the office manager will not return my phone calls. I made a new patient appointment and for thyroid issues and brought in my own labs, the very next appointment the NP said "have you ever been told you have hashimotos?" I was very frustrated because I had brought in labs about this the last time I was there. They do not do well with communication. They also do NOT do privacy well as their triage is in the middle of the clinic wide open. As an RN myself, I was appalled at their lack of respect towards me as a patient...and how I was at times left confused at my plan of care, i.e when they were going to call in my medication?
I enjoyed my pregnancy experience with them so I continued yearly wellnesss care with them for almost 2 years. But the experience went from great to awful. I would always wait well over an hour to be seen, sometimes being told after a few hours that the doctor had an emergency and left. The worst was when I had an adnormal Pap smear and they didn’t call me for 2 months. When I confronted their office about it, they said my inbox had been full. But I had also been waiting for a phone call about my thyroid labs so my inbox was clear. And when I asked about my thyroid lab, they got me and my sisters charts confused and told me I was already on medication and tried to put me on a higher dosage. I later found out that the medication they are giving my sister is outdated as far as thyroids meds go.
I’m only doing this cause my husband wrote a review and the reply to the review was full of excuses even though they said they weren’t writing it to excuse what happened. I’m not writing this to have a discussion with the establishment rather to leave my review as someone that was here. If you read the only other “Seibert” named comment you will see that my husband spoke on the doctor standing at the door and the reply was he was practicing social distancing... the doctor had come all the way into the room and had been talking to me then began walking towards the door and even opened it slightly as I was still trying to talk to him so unless he just remembered he had to be social distancing and opening the door in order achieve the social distancing I’m not sure that social distancing is the appropriate excuse to use. I mentioned to him I had burning when urinating and it hurt... he asked me if I had begun eating spicy foods or drinking something that could cause that... I told him the only new thing I began drinking was a Starbucks pink drink... he said maybe that’s it and I said I have had uti’s before and it feels like a uti... he didn’t reply just moved on that’s when I asked the nurse that had collected my urine if she could test it and she did a dip stick and I asked her to please ask the provider to send it off and rule out a uti cause he hadn’t communicated to me that he would. Then I got a call a few days later that they had found something in the urine and would have doc call only for my husband to call later and then someone say the urine was clean so that was confusing... the doctor ended up calling something in but by that time I had called telehealth and going off my symptoms sent in an antibiotic. Lastly the breast exam... after he did the pelvic exam I got dressed and asked if he was going to do a breast exam but he said no he did send in an RX for the issue I was having in the breast area, but I had a weird lump which is why I thought it needed to be checked out, I am a nurse and have my masters in nursing so I am fully aware that during lactation as with menstruation there are known to be lumps and bumps but I’ve also never had those issues during lactation so it was out of the norm for me hence why I asked. The billing issue was resolved as addressed in the reply to my husband. Again, not needing clarification from the establishment I already talked to someone in there but I did feel that the reply my husband was given needed clarification for the people looking at reviews for opinions on where to go. Everyone at the office was very nice, even the doctor was nice he was just dismissive when I was explaining what I had going on which was frustrating to me hence this whole domino effect. I do hear from the establishment that he is a really good doctor, so maybe I just caught him on an off day ‍ But this was my experience. That’s all.
Where to start... My wife went recently for a yearly checkup, and the doctor who saw her showed very little effort to listen to any of her concerns. While my wife was trying to talk and ask questions, the doctor got up and headed for the door and stood in the door frame like he had better things to do with his life. My wife also complained to the doctor about recently having a UTI and that she thinks it was coming back, but the doctor said it was probably just something spicy she added to her diet which is causing a burning feeling when she urinates. My wife had to ask THE NURSE to please run a test on the urine to check if there was any sign of infection. Lastly, we'd expected there would be some type of breast exam to check for breast cancer, but since my wife is breast feeding, the doctor said he didn't want to do it since milk might come out. Idk what the normal operation is for checking for lumps, but I thought that's what happens in a yearly checkup. Cancer doesn't care if someone is breast feeding or not. After waiting over the weekend, she got a call Monday from someone who said the results showed a slight infection and they'd tell the doctor. We never heard back from the doctor, so I called later in the day to ask what was going on, and they said there was no infection. All this was happening while my wife continued to get into more pain. My wife ended up calling telemed through our insurance to get a prescription for antibiotics for the UTI that the doctor didn't seem to care about addressing. Top top it all off, we got a bill in the mail today which was NOT ran through our insurance. So my wife had to call their office / billing office to figure out why it wasn't billed under insurance. The office staff said the bill was "declined". Then my wife had to call insurance. Then we get a callback from the Associates in women's health billing stating they accidentally entered in the insurance number incorrectly. When y'all don't do your job, it puts more stress on the sick patients to do the job for you. Be better.
