They picked up two Samsung tv's to repair, requested money to purchase parts and now they don't answer the phone anymore. They have my televisions plus the money i sent them for parts. It has been four months now and it's time to file charges for theft. I have called, left voice mails and messages. NO STARS THEY OFFER VERY POOR SERVICE
Amazing service, my One Connect Box was repaired within minutes after a thunder storm caused it to not work anymore. Not only that, they stayed to ensure my ‘Samsung 2022 Frame T.V’ software was up to date, and helped me with smaller wiring stuff. I definitely recommend this service, and I would work with these amazing individuals again in the future. Great work guys.
If I could do no star I would. I was having trouble with my Samsung TV and I called customer service to find a solution. They referred me to these technicians which I had no idea about. I’ve called them so many times but they never answer until they finally picked up the phone and the guy schedules me for an appointment which they later blow off without no call in advance. I’ve tried to contact them since then and no answer. What is the point of having a phone if your not gonna answer? I’ve made arrangements to go somewhere else now.
