Buyer beware! Check the hooks on the back of your heavy wall art. I purchased over $400 of wall art 4 pieces two of which were mirrors. Absolutely loved the selection. Went to hang them and the tiny hooks screwed on the back of every single item broke off while hanging! The paper is thin and brittle which I could deal with but the screws literally could be pulled out. We tried to fasten longer screws because I loved the items so much, but the plastic/wood or whatever they’re made of fell apart and disintegrated! I don’t know if this is a defect but honestly… every wall hanging? So disappointed. I am returning everything. Please check the backs of your wall hangings! Especially the heavier pieces. Also the price of one small mirror stated $44.99. But when we removed the packaging the back of the mirror had a price tag of $34.99!! I guess you get what you pay for.
Great decor store!! We went recently and they had all there Halloween stuff out along with some Christmas stuff to. It was so fun to walk around and look at everything. The prices and deal are great. The staff and service was very helpful and fast. The restrooms also were very clean. Overall, great decor store will be back to get more holiday decor!
Large store with tons of home decor. I would say it’s somewhat comparable to Hobby Lobby across the street, though Hobby Lobby is more about themed decor where as At Home is more just general decor in a couple of common styles. The store is very large though many aisles were empty or only had a small selection of items. Not sure if it’s because of the time of year or that if that is just how the store is stocked. They have a lot of options, though I can’t say I was super impressed with anything in particular. They did have a decent seasonal area, which might be worth visiting for that alone. Other than that, the quality of certain things seemed questionable, especially at the some of the prices. It’s worth a stop in if you’re in the area.
The store is really big and reminds me of an upscale old time pottery. If they add a younger buyer to their staff, it will be a really cool store. I feel like I'm a little too young for the items in there. Never once have I left there with a full shopping cart. Hobby Lobby- it's more for my age group. Under 50 . But the store is clean and organized; just not my style.
1st time visit! Huge store, everything homegoods and holiday decor. Need a massive 2 story snowman?? This is the place! It was a mess though, holiday crowds destroyed the store, stuff everywhere. Checkout could have a better set up too. One long line to get to 2 cashier's but I found some nice things at a decent price
Disappointed it’s the hook and switch! The items are priced then when you check out they up it $5-$25 for items ranging from $15 to $100 so a rather large jump saying that corporate has increased the pricing. I was going to buy an item for $34 and when I went to check out they said it was $59.99. Not acceptable. Then properly price your items. I am not talking about one… all the items I purchased. The crazy part is I shopped there 2 months ago and they said the same thing. I would say the merchandise is about average. Way over priced!
I was just in there yesterday. Store has a good layout and it smells good in the store. I went in to look at their Christmas merchandise. An employee was stocking shelves,but she was trying to hard and some stuff fell and broke. I felt bad for her and after making sure she was alright I went to another area of the store to give her plenty of space to work.
Buyer beware!! Please verify every item you purchase from here is in pristine condition. Bought an item I was unaware of the damage took it home. I find the damage and they did not accept it. First they said the store had a 30 days return policy. The actual store policy is 60 days for non-members and 90 days for members. Then when they were corrected on their actual store policy they said it’s damaged and I’m trying to return it. I have more integrity than to return an item I damaged.
Interesting box store sized place to make all sorts of home decor find. Beware, size and amount to checkout means you might want to bring a snack. Leave the kids and husbands as the sheet size can be overwhelming. Process aren't bad. There is a rewards program for coupons. Clearance is smartly scattered around so one has to check through all of the aisles.
Just left the store furious! Summer flowers were on sale for 90% off, when I went to the register my purchase rang up full price. I told the woman working they needed to specify WHICH flowers, because apparently my flowers weren’t summer which was written in fine print. Some other employee was SO rude, and exclaimed that the employee working in the flower isle “DOESNT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH!” Loudly, making sure everyone knew. So unnecessary and will literally never step foot back into that store because the customer service was ridiculous. Wow.
