Been going there since I was a youngster with my dad. The owners dad was in charge then. You can buy a snow sled or a hammer and the staff are very helpful.
Exceptional service and real nice people. They pay attention and very helpful. I went to them for a hardware part and found out they dont have it because of stock issues. They Zach still went above and help me by dialing coupe of neighborhood giant retail to make sure they carry it so that its easy task for me. I would really recommend shopping here for convenience and trust!

I love this place. Great selection with pretty decent prices. Best of all, the staff is amazing. They are so helpful and will go above and beyond for you. The only way I would go to Home Depot for something is if they didn't have something I was after.

Needed to move a bookcase that had been screwed into the floor, wall beams. The screws into the floor were impossible, and Lutz Hardware came up with a low cost solution. They came up with a mini-hacksaw to saw through the 2 screws at the floor height. Every time I needed something to do with home repair and maintenance Lutz Hardware has helped my family for 40+ years! Thank you Lutz Hardware. <3 ~respect

Lutz is a small local store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they don't have some things that a larger store might have. This trip I went to get one item which I knew that they had. My first visit they did not but I had a welcome coupon and got a free 5 gallon bucket. I will go back to shop as they are so close and a convient stop for me.
Just stopped in today after a doctor's appt. Had blood drawn. A bit dizzy so on phone with Husband to stay focused. I just walked in accidently without a mask Instead of being asked nicely, I was yelled at to put a mask on. A bit uncalled for. I was extremely embarrassed. Everyone looked at me. Made me realize why I never shop there. I have a bad experience Everytime I'm there. Really, the only being with great customer service is the cat.
