The Virgalitte's are some very genuine, knowledgeable and amazing instructors. I personally drive from central Texas to Forney once a week from class and pass MANY studios because the training here is some of the best. I often recommend them to folks I meet in my travels, have made some life long friends there and enjoy the different modalities of training. Thank you for providing a safe place for kids and adults to come learn, train, and improve their self confidence and leadership skill.
Tony is a an outstanding instructor. I recently took private basic gun training with Tony and it was great! He is very educated and informative. I was extremely uncomfortable handling the gun prior to the training but left training feeling more at ease handling my gun. Can't wait for our next training session. Highly recommend Tony!!
This family owned business is so amazing, Sandra and Tony are the most knowledgeable instructors and really work great with the children. My kids have learned so much. I’ve also taken a private gun training class with Tony and it was just what I needed to build more confidence with a firearm. Would recommend these two!
Tony is a very competent and able instructor. His training methods are effective and I highly recommend the Forney Family Self Defense to anyone interested in learning martial arts.

I can not say enough about this facility and its staff. Tony and everyone here are so friendly and helpful. This is great family based business and we are lucky to have such a place. Can’t wait for more of my friends to join up! Self defense is soooo important these days!!
Had a terrible experience here. Me and my friend have a membership here. Well should I say had. Because we were been racially discriminated by the owners. Saturday, They were so aggressive to a point where my female friend started bawling her eyes out. I thought they were potential friends. Never coming back. Don’t matter you background I’m military and never felt this much hate and anger til coming here.

Recently i was been racially discriminated by the owners. Saturday, They were so aggressive to a point where I started bawling my eyes out. I might’ve even cried because I thought they were potential friends but I was wrong . I felt uncomfortable and unsafe & I will not be going there anymore because that’s is not the way to treat people that haven’t done anything to you . I also have had friends that go to the same gym and were discriminated as well & it very disgusting that adults would act this way . Will not be returning .
I love this studio. The instructors are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and work well with kids of all ages and physical abilities.
