Recently I wanted to send a flower arrangement to a friend for a milestone birthday. Being 1100 miles away, my choice of which florist to use was a guessing game. I definitely chose well with Atascocita Lake Houston Florist. Their online ordering process was so easy to use. My gift was delivered as scheduled and my friend was thrilled. She shared photos of the arrangement that I had chosen, partly for the pretty vase, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Kudos to ALHF for a job well done!

Spoke to one of the ladies at the shop. She was pleasant while taking my order. Fresh flowers. They work fast and the bouquet was beautiful! Thanx ladies!! Highly recommended this place. The photo shows the back side of the bouquet, which is beautiful!! The front had lilies, roses so...again I am a very happy with the quality of the flowers and the service provided.
Today was the second time I have used Atascocita Lake Houston Florist and it is another time I am extremely happy with the flowers and their service. The delivery was fast and it was so easy to use their website. Thanks again for another great delivery to my friend!
This was my first order and the costumer service was a 10 out of 10. They were out of some of the flowers that I ordered for a friend. The staff reached out to me making sure I was ok with them replacing them with another flower type. If for no other reason, I will use them again. Customer service goes a long way with me.
The people on the phone are very nice yet when I order online we received different one. And when I called they were nice too yet they said “ they couldn’t duplicate the online description for the order!!” So to make a long story short you will receive something different from what you see on the photos on their website. And she offered a refund and pick up the flower which I sent as a gift! That was weird
I ordered the Deluxe version of some Fall flowers online. User friendly website. Delivery set for the following day with no issues. The bouquet turned out beautiful. Just like the picture or even better. Will use again
