Words could never fully express how happy I am with the service and arrangements created by Lexis Florist for my wedding. The arrangements were absolutely stunning - just breathtaking - and the level of customer service I received was outstanding. As far as I am concerned this is the only florist one should ever patron. Not only is it a family owned business who has supported the Houston community for decades but also the team is exquisitely talented in what they do. My floral arrangements were a pure work of art - featuring flowers from all over the globe some that I have never ever seen or heard of before. From the bottom of my heart - thank you so very much for creating masterpieces that simply stole the show at the wedding! Our guests are still raving and I am proud to spread the news that Lexis florist is the place to be!
Wanted to surprise my mum on her birthday whilst she was visiting family in Houston. I live in the Bahamas and after almost purchasing flowers from another florist I decided to go with Lexis as their reviews were great but especially as the photos of their arrangements were not your typical generic arrangements. I called and spoke to a lady I wish I remembered her name She was so helpful and I ordered a $85 arrangement. Within 2 hrs my mother sent me a wonderful video of her and her flowers and she was so happy. The flowers were fresh and bright and much bigger than I expected. I asked her to send me pictures and they are so beautiful. Highly recommend!
Friends sent me one of the most tasteful arrangements I’ve ever received. Hydrangeas, roses, tulips, and lilies in a low square vase with very little greenery. It’s larger than it appears in this pic. I’m delighted to add Lexis to my contacts as my new go-to florist.
OMG... we got this beautiful arrangement for a friends birthday... they are definitely the best... its soo affordable. If you need flowers go there you won be disappointed.
On Thursday April 26, 2018, I called Lexis Florist to request a custom arrangement and to confirm the flowers I wanted were in stock. I was told that the flowers I wanted--Orchids, Peonies, hydrangeas and roses were in stock and to e-mail them a picture of the arrangement I wanted. I e-mailed Lexis Florist and received a response saying "We can do something very similar to the picture do you have a budget" I responded with my budget $175.00. The following day, I called to confirm my order. The flowers received from the business looked nothing like what was agreed upon. pictures attached. On Monday, April 30, 2018, I emailed them a picture of what was received and what was requested, along with a detailed e-mail. I received a response saying "We can pick up and replace the arrangement". At this point, its not about the money but the lack of customer service. They did not recognize their mistake. Instead, they want to inconvenience the person who received the arrangement. I would not recommend anyone order from this place, especially if you have an idea in mind.
Lexis provided gorgeous floral designs for wedding reception last Saturday evening. Flowers were fresh, reasonable, great quality and beautifully arranged for tables and room. Received compliments all night long from party goers asking "who did the flowers"!?! My husband has ordered roses here for many years, so I knew Lexis was the right place, thank you Debra !
My mother just came out of surgery, and we just got her. We received probably the most beautiful arrangement we have ever seen, and mom’s 90!
They went down hill.. this is the flowers they sent. I thought how horrible.. but a rookie wouldn't know the difference..I had to reorder from a competitor.. same price.. the Rose's are lexis..the other one is flowers by nine.
